    FEE and ATI FEE are responsible in WP 5 - for the validation of the learning path for the

    students from the EUCIP point of view. The goal of this report is to give them information useful for

    their evaluation.

    In the first year of the project October 2012-September 2013 - work mainly concerned the threeItalian partner schools (in Naples, Florence and Milan), AICA and Hermes (an association of

    schools, in Naples). This report refers to the work done in Work Package 4: Pilotcourse/Cooperative production Italy.

    In the second year more then 200 teachers, coming from many schools in the Norh, Center andSouth of Italy are taking part to an on-line course (Work Package 6).

    The goal of WP 4 was to start planning learning paths (courses) for the students, to be completed as for the Italian schools in WP6; learning paths

    o organised in ECVET modules,

    o defined in terms of competenceswhere competence is the demonstrated ability to applyknowledge, skills and attitudesto achieving observable results(e-CF definition),

    o with project activities and working experiences,o using Eucip exams to provide the students with external certifications.

    The Itaca project addresses the three last years (year 11, 12 and 13) of Istituti Tecnici Tecnologici(Technical Institutes) in Informatica (Informaticsor Computer Science). That means that the project

    addresses a little part of the Upper Secondary Education: the one in charge to produceInformatics Technicians.

    informative aziendali (IT Management for Businesses) are taking part to the online course provided

    in WP 6.

    The object of the project was initially defined as "transfer" of IT Administrator Syllabus &

    Certification from the companies context to the technical schools context (schools in the computerscience field).

    But, at the starting of the work, it has been clear the opportunity to take into consideration also theEUCIP core syllabuses and certification.

    The training path is structured in ECVET units consistent with ministerial guidelines and involvingthe already cited four disciplines of the last three years: Informatics, Systems and Networks,Technologies and planning of computer systems and telecommunications, Project management,

    business organization.
