– All business of the Citizen Community Board shall be disposed of in its meetings.

– Executive Committee shall hold its meetings at least once in every three months.

– Quorum of the meetings• Executive Committee meetings: shall be forty per centum of

the total membership of executive committee.• General body meetings: shall be one fourth of its total

membership.– The Chairman and Secretary shall be responsible for safe

custody and management of property and assets of the Citizen Community Board.

– All funds shall be kept in a bank or post office and all transactions shall be made through cheques.

– The accounts shall be operated jointly by the Chairman and the Secretary.

– The accounts shall be maintained by the Secretary.

– The accounts of the Board shall be subject to audit as may be prescribed.

appropriate, refer a matter to the Musalihat Anjuman through the Union Nazim for settlement.

•The Musalihat Anjuman shall inform the court and may ask extension if the dispute is not settled within the fixed time.

– Union Nazim may, in consultation with the Insaf Committee, appoint different person as Musleh for specific case, if directed by court.

• Procedure for settlement of DisputesProcedure for settlement of Disputes– The Musleh of the Musalihat Anjuman conduct

the proceedings in an informal manner as he considers appropriate with the object to bring settlement between the parties. Provided • No legal practitioner shall be permitted to take part in

the proceedings on behalf of any party.

• The report of the Musaleheen will be recorded in writing and copies will be provided to the parties attested by the Secretary of the Union.
