Productivity: The Tracer OH 1 is configured with a driver’s side nozzle

beam to reduce wash times, allowing for a dual side high pressure rinse we

call “Max Pass”. The max pass can save you valuable time on every wash.

The Tracer OH1 combines three VFD’s to control travel speed, round corners

and control the cross speed of the Smart & Safe nozzle beam. These precise

controls are combined with state of the art software. This saves you time in the

form of faster washes, but also saves you money reducing waste of chemicals by

conforming to the shape of the vehicle. Productivity and efficiency mean high

quality washes, maximum revenue and the lowest operating costs on the touch

free market! Simply a better bottom line!

Flexibility: The Tracer OH 1 is a very flexible machine.

It can be configured with on board dryers 30 & 45 HP,

with oscillating nozzles or conical foam nozzle vents.

These direct the air flow into a channel getting closer to the

vehicles surface. The Tracer OH 1 can be configured to

work with our end of bay drying systems from 30 – 90 HP with

oscillating blowers, or our soft foam conical noise reducing

targeted air vents. The Tracer OH 1 can be configured with

one or two step presoaks, tri color foam, wax, drying agent,

super wax, high or low pressure undercarriage, insect attacking

presoaks, high pressure rotating wheel blasters, hot, cold or

reclaim water and a spot free rinse. Tracer OH 1 can be wall

or frame mounted. It’s specially designed to retro-fit into any

major brands rail and mounting system!

It sets the tone for a super

your customers will love! The Tracer OH 1 uses the photo

cells to measure both the length and width of the vehicle being

washed. This insures the best possible washing quality, while

maintaining the optimum distance from the vehicles surface.

The Tracer OH

1 S also runs on

a treadle free

system. It utilizes a state

of the art sonar system

to position vehicles and

initiate the wash process.

The sonar combines with

photo cell technology to

measure the length and

width of the vehicle being

washed. This assures the

best quality wash, a state

of the art monitoring of

the wash bay, all the while adjusting instantaneously to any

unexpected movements within the wash bay, or driver errors

protecting the owners and customers investment.

for Istobal washing equipment. Our state of the

art robot welding, C&C machines, computerized

IW manager, an internet based remote access communication

system, provides immediate access to the systems washing /

operating conditions and wash history as well as access to test

function and programming.

UL 508 A certified control panel, ensuring safety and quality for

the entire electrical system of the machine and its components.

Technology: Tracer OH 1 offer’s faster wash speeds by incorporating a driver’s side bank of high pressure

blasting rinse nozzles. The second set of nozzles creates faster passes called MAX PASS saving critical time and increasing your throughput! Rounding corners reduces both presoak and high pressure rinse pass times while conserving chemicals, water and electricity! Three VFD’s and an open fingertip ICON based programming concept allow operators to create and customize their own wash programs – designed to meet your individual needs and adapt to the changing wash conditions! The IW Manager a two–way internet based communication

system allows operators remote access to the technicians box to select or modify wash programs. This offers instantaneous access to adapt to the washing environment as demand changes. The SMART N SAFE TRACER OH 1 nozzle beam has a unique “patent pending breakaway design”. Should it come in hard contact with a vehicle, it automatically breaks away and then reverses direction to avoid damage. The nozzle beam arch control system provides higher throughput. It amazes customers with its precise movements throughout the entire wash process. The arch is able to rotate 360 degrees while simultaneously navigating around the vehicle. The SMART N SAFE

nozzle beam uses advanced technology to locate obstacles such as trailer hitches, side mirrors and other obstacles that may restrict the wash arch from properly traveling around the perimeter of the vehicle. The arch will move away from the obstacle, record the obstacles position and avoid it on subsequent passes, all the while continuing to wash the vehicle. If the wash arch cannot avoid an obstacle it will attempt to fully retract, rinse off any solution using the overhead rain arch and prompt the customer to exit the bay. After the vehicle has exited and the bay is clear the machine will automatically reset in preparation for the next vehicle.
