Development of Control Strategy for Power Supply
to Optimize Thermals Effects Induced in X-rays
Tube for Medical Use *Rachedi Mohamed
Abstract Through this study, an approach has been developed to achieve a
power transfer control strategy for supplying an X-rays tube belonging to the
field of medical imaging. And those, under ideal conditions, through the
stages of conversion of electrical energy , whose qualities of each stage
behavior, have been effectively selected and simultaneously arranged.
However, an adequate regulation of the current and especially of the voltage
constitutes the object of an ideal yield of this type of equipment with active
character load. So, in addition, concerns about the size, the volume and the
weight of these assemblies, the thermal stresses persist strongly in the
fragility of the X-rays generators. A contribution hybrid controller is used to
optimize Thermals effects induced in X-rays tube indented to medical use.
The successive radiological outlets tend to increase the thermal effects,
despite the fact that the time and the cooling system, which remain
insufficient, lead to a longer and more cost-effective life of these expensive
equipment. So, the prescription of any booting supply must be included in the
standardized load range, in accordance with the time constants and
depreciation developed by the system. However, the results obtained confirm
this load selection state, including the performance and response qualities of
the system in the vicinity of the conditions previously dictated by the
specifications of this load of this type of power supply.

The Syaria Economic Manifestation In The Samin
Tribes Perspective 1*Puji Handayati, 2Ike Sulaili Sofiyanti
Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the form of syariah
economic in Samins prespective. This research uses ethnomethodology
approach. The results showed that the local wisdom of the Samin is gotong-
royong, honest, patient, trokal (work), and narimo (sincere). The result also
indicates that there are 3 types of Arisan in the Samin namely Arisan biasa,
Arisan gotong-royong and Arisan lembu. In the context of Arisan tradition,
the value of local wisdom gotong-royong is internalized in the activity of
savings and loan in Arisan gotong-royong and discussion in Arisan lembu.
Meanwhile, the value of wisdom honesty is internalized in the accountability
of financial records of arisan. Implementation of Arisan tradition background
of local wisdom of Samin society can actually be classified in Islamic
economic system where in execution has no system of interest or usury.
Arisan system that exist in Samin tribe is almost same with mudhorobah
principle in syariah accounting system.

Abstract The ultimate focus of this research is to find out how to improve
the capabilities of the Village Apparatus and the preparation of the Guidance
Book for IT-based Village Finance Administration towards Good Village
Governance. Then, this research also focuses on mentoring activities in 15
villages in Gempol sub-district. Assistance results in 15 villages in Gempol
Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency, show that village financial management
software can be applied properly. Assistance results in 15 villages in Gempol
Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency, show that village financial management
software can be applied properly. Although there are still some difficulties in
implementation due to the lack of skills of the village apparatus due to age
and parameter constraints that need to be adjusted. In general, the software
still needs to be refined related to the filling and storage stages that are still
considered inefficient. On the other hand, a tutorial guide book that has been
tested from several aspects is considered very adequate. The usefulness of the
village financial management guide book is very helpful for beginners in
applying village financial management software.

Place Branding: An Alternative Model for
Empowering Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
*Mrs. Sudarmiatin
Abstract The jagged economic landscape complicated by advancing
technologies, such as cloud, social media and mobile devices can challenge
the ability of an IT internal audit to provide comfort to executives already
overwhelmed with rapidly expanding opportunities and pressures caused by
shrinking margins. IT control frameworks set out best practices for IT actions,
processes and monitoring within organizations, and are believed to lead to
more effective IT governance. Considerations related to Information
Technology are central to any organizations effort to ensure that issues are
addressed quickly and thoroughly. As many companies face considerations
in their internal audit processes, thoughtful executives will need to
understand which IT trends to consider in their critical internal audit plans,
including IT risk assessment techniques. This research evaluates the
awareness and understanding of IT control frameworks in public and private
organizations in Bahrain. This paper presents a comprehensive IT governance
framework that builds on the integration between IT Governance Domains,
Governance Maturity, and Governance Mechanisms. The paper contributes
to the IT governance literature on the importance of IT governance domains
and mechanisms in establishing mature and effective IT governance

Impact of the Conative, Cognitive and Affective
Foundation of Communication on the Development
of Partnership Capacity in the Context of
International Public-Private Partnerships
*Skander, Dorra
Abstract For decades, the growing challenges related to the provision of
services to citizens ranging from budget cuts, the scarcity of skills and the
development of information technologies have further increased the stakes
related to the dysfunctions of the traditional bureaucratic model. These issues
have pushed worldwide policy-makers to find alternative models for the
delivery of public services. Among these models, public-private partnerships
(PPPs) whose essence is the transition from a heritage logic to a capability
logic based on the sharing of resources and skills among partners. Moreover,
as a collaborative strategy, the PPP is mainly based on a system of hybrid
governance; however, as advocated by the OECD and World Bank, the
government remains the lead agency for the delivery of public services. Yet,
it seems clear that collaboration between public and private sector entities can
raise many challenges and issues related to the diversity of the parties’
visions, missions, goals and values. Therefore, the success of these
intersectoral strategies rests on the construction and development of the
partnership capacity. In this research, we discuss the construction and
development of partnership capacity in the particular context of international
PPPs based on the communication strategies adopted throughout the project.
Indeed, given that communication depends on the cognitive, affective and
conative factors of public and private actors engaged in the project, this can
have a major impact on the success of their joint project; especially since they
often have divergent and sometimes even contradictory, experiences, visions
and values. Empirically, this study is based on an in-depth analysis of an
international PPP in the form of an airport concession involving European
and North American partners.

Breaking out of the Glass Box: Employee Responses
to Disability Inclusion in the Workforce in Thailand
*Christelle Mae Agustin
Abstract Many organizations and enterprises have been dealing with
diversity and inclusion in the workforce covering differences in culture, age,
race, and disability among many others. This study will focus on the diversity
brought about by disability, or difference in capabilities, in the workforce
particularly exploring employee perspectives to disability inclusion in the
workplace. A phenomenological analysis was conducted based on the
qualitative data gathered through semi-structured interviews with employees
who have experienced working with people with disabilities (PWD). This
research extracted themes surrounding employees perceptions formed from
their experiences working with disabled colleagues, as well as link its
possible effects to the formation of organizational culture and shared values
among the employees in the enterprise. The findings show that employees
working in a disability inclusive environment had enhanced motivation to
work harder and gained a sense of pride as influenced by their disabled
colleagues. Furthermore, a culture of open-mindedness and equity sensitivity
were also observed in the employees who have experienced working with
disabled people. This study will be deemed useful in further understanding
employee responses to disability inclusion and give insights to the
management of diversity in organizations.
