Tenders are hereby invited for the lease of Parcel No. 5, Block No. 86, in the Haifa Har­bour (Reclaimed Area) Estate measuring about 2000 square metres,, for a period of two years as from 1st Apri l , 1944, for use as a controlled car park.

The conditions under which an agreement will be granted may be obtained from the Agent, Haifa Harbour Estate, 57, Harbour Street ( P . O . Box 642), Haifa, daily between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 noon.

The tenders in plain sealed envelopes marked "Tender for Lease of Controlled Car Park Site" are to be handed to the Office of the Agent, Haifa Harbour Estate, not later than noon on 20th March, 1944.

For every tender a sum of £ P . 3 0 . — in cash will be deposited with the Agent, Haifa Har­bour Estate. "Without such a deposit no tender will be considered.

PROPOSED HEADS OF LEASE.

1. Rent shall be paid monthly in advance. 2. Lease determinable by either party, after

4. Interest at the rate of 9% per annum shall be paid in respect of all rent paid in ar­rears.

5. Not to sub-let or transfer the lease with­out the prior approval in writing of the les­sor.

6. To pay all taxes, rates and assessments-usually paid by the lessor.

7. To pay all stamp duty payable on execu­tion of the lease.

8. To repair and maintain in good condition the existing fence and structure.

9. On the expiration or sooner determination of the lease to hand over the demised premises in good condition.

10. The lease to be subject to Police and Local Authorities regulations relating to car parking.

O n their side, they have three smal l rooms used as semi-appurtenances each measuring 2 x 2 metres. O n their southern side there is a pond of water measuring 8 x 8 with three metres i n depth. All notices and advertisements must be prepaid.

It is notified for general information that notices intended for publication in the Palestine Gazette shou d be addressed, together with the appropriate publication fees, direct to the Government Printer, P.O.B. 293, Jerusalem.

Notices of registration of Companies, Cooperative Societies, Trade Marks and Patents will not be accepted for publication unless submitted through the appropriate Registrar.

Orders with regard to the administration of the esfate of deceased persons or probate of wills, and any orders issued under the Companies Ordinance, or in accordance with any other Ordinance or Order of the Court, and notices of registration and dissolution of partnerships will not be inserted unless passed for publication by the Court or Registrar.

Notices of dissolution of partnerships will not be accepted unless signed by the partners .named therein or by their legal representatives.

The signature or representative character of a signa­tory must be verified by a declaration made by an advocate.

A notice of dissolution of partnership not signed by. all the partners or by their legal representatives must be accompanied by a sworn declaration made by. an ;

advocate to the effect that the notice is given in pur-suance of the terms of the partnership to which it-relates.

Notices concerning meetings, appointments of" Di­rectors, redemption of bonds and kindred matters from Companies or Cooperative Societies.

No •notice or advertisement concerning a Company or Cooperative Society, other than a notice published by Order of the Court or of the Registrar, will be inserted unless it is accompanied by a declaration of an advocate that to the best of his knowledge the statement made in the notice of advertisement is true.
