The planted par t of the orange grove consists of 123 dunums and 50 metres approximately , conta in ing two yards and a motor-room. The first y a r d consists merely of a pool-yard composed of a house wi th rooms, a ha l l and appurtenances, the area of each room being 3 x 3 and the second 4x4 . O n their side, they have three smal l rooms used as semi-appurtenances each measuring 2 x 2 metres. O n their southern side there is a pond of water measuring 8 x 8 with three metres i n depth. Near i t there is an unused stone well 25 metres i n depth and 5 metres i n width . There is also a demolished room which was used previously for the motor. The other y a r d is situate at a distance of about 120 metres from the former one and contains the motoi'-room measuring 4x12 which contains a motor of the Deutz type No. 7324, 40 H . P . i nc lud ing a l l the necessary articles and pump of s ix inches w i t h a curved needle and instal led on a wel l 30 metres i n depth and 5 metres i n wid th . A pipe goes therefrom to the pond for the i r r i g a t i o n at a length of 120 metres and 4״ i n diameter. B u t the pipe through which the water is d rawn out of the wel l has 6" i n diameter and is at a a
