DescriptionDescriptionThe ISA GRAN TURISMO 43 metre Superyacht was created to respond to a growingmarket demand for steel / aluminium full displacement yachts under 500 GT, with a balancebetween their internal and external areas. The Gran Turismo concept from the Ancona-based Italian yard was presented to the yachting community in 2011 at the Monaco YachtShow.

Representing the first displacement Superyacht in ISA’s Gran Turismo range, this ISAGRAN TURISMO 43 is a 2-deck steel / aluminium displacement motor yacht thatcommands attention for strong, sporty lines and elegant styling, with a degree ofsophistication.

Powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, this 43-meter plumb bow yacht designed byAndrea Vallicelli can reach 17 knots max and cruises at 15 knots, with a range of 2800 nmat cruising speed.

With 5 en-suite luxury staterooms, this ISA GRAN TURISMO 43 comfortablyaccommodates 10 guests, comprising of a spacious full-beam master cabin on the maindeck, and 2 VIP + 2 twin cabins below decks.

Her airy and contemporary interior design is by Sandrine Melot. This is the second yachtthat Sandrine Melot has undertaken for the same owners, who were closely involved inevery aspect of the design. With a palette comprised of dominant warm colours, pale graywood links the different spaces and their respective colour themes. The interior is crisp, andlight is a major feature with skylights providing an abundance of natural light throughout.The bar features a centrepiece also designed by Sandrine Melot and custom-made madeby Swarovski.

The outdoor areas are amazingly spacious for a boat of this size and feature speciallydesigned exterior furniture and decorative panels. The flybridge bar features a column ofice which appears transparent but reveals colours in the evening. Circular sun padsintegrated in the “teak beach” beside the on-deck Jacuzzi benefit from the shade ofadjustable canopies. In the stern area a gym opens onto a large swim platform while anathwartships tender garage hosts the tender.

Fire Fighting:

• 3 x Identical self-priming centrifugal pumps with bronze housing and impellerswith stainless steel shafts. Two of the three pumps are installed in the engineroom and one in the Aft technical room. One is designated as bilge and the otheras fire fighting pump, they are however fully interchangeable through valvesettings. The third pump (emergency pump) is designated as a fire/bilge pump

• The engine room bilge/firefighting pumps draw seawater through a common lineconnected to the cross over line and feed the yachts fire main pump. The thirdpump draws seawater from its own local seawater inlet chest with valve andstrainer and discharges to the yachts fire main line

• Fire hydrants are installed throughout the yacht at strategic locations accordingto the requirements of the regulatory bodies

• The pump in the engine room discharges overboard on Stbd under the water lineor to the bilge water tank, the pump in the aft technical room dischargesoverboard on SB below the waterline

• The seawater cooling pump of the Stbd main engine is able to act as the engineroom emergency bilge pump

• The engine room bilge/firefighting pumps are fed from the main switchboard andcontrolled from the Engine Control Room (ECR), locally near the pump, from thebridge and the chain locker

• Fire-extinguishers and fire hoses with nozzles are provided throughout. The firehoses and nozzles are housed in deck lockers in the direct vicinity of the valves,connected to the fire main and positioned throughout the yacht

• 2 x Sets of two firemen outfits complete with hoods, gloves, boots, breathingapparatus, safety torch, fire axes and fire-proof suits are stored in lockers



• 2 x Additional Emergency Escape Breathing Devices (EEBD) are located in themaster cabin

Alarms:

• A complete general alarm system incorporated into the PA system

• 4 x Monitors of Alarms, Monitoring and Control ONYX system showing status offire doors, watertight sliding doors, exterior doors, general alarms, etc.

• 2 x General alarm panels are in the wheelhouse and the crew mess

• Fire detection installations, CONSILIUM & SALWICO with panel in wheelhouseand repeater in crew mess

Security:

• An IP-Based CCTV-system with cameras on inside and outside decks, andcontrolled with the Video Surveillance Manager

• The CCTV system is connected to the ship’s LAN

• The video streams of the PTZ camera could be recorded continuously

• Control of the CCTV system is from the main rack (1 unit)

• An additional screen monitor and trackball is supplied in the wheelhouse

• In total, 8 x IP CCTV cameras are installed as follows:

- 2 x Off PTZ cameras main mast

- 1 x Off fixed Sun deck

- 2 x Off fixed main passageway SB /PS

- 1 x Off fixed aft deck passageway PS

- 1 x PTZ Camera in the engine room

- 1 x Fixed camera in tender garage

• All cameras are with a full HD resolution

• All doors and hatches giving access to the accommodation are equipped withopen/close indication and are monitored and alarmed via the ONYX System inthe different areas below:
