IRIA FREE MULTISPECIALITY CAMP AT KODAKANDLA VILLAGE , WARANGAL DIST Dear Members, Greengs from Telangana State Chapter of IRIA Telangana State Chapter of IRIA in associaon with Dr.KPR FOUNDATION organized one day free mul speciality mega medical camp on 17th January 2016 (Sunday), at Kodakandla village, Warangal Dist, about 150 Kms distance from Hyderabad. 1100 paents from Kodakandla and the surrounding villages aended the camp. Mr.Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar, Member of Parliament (Rajyasabha) inaugurated the camp in the presence of former MLA and eminent endocrinologist Dr.N. Sudhakar Rao, Dr.T.Narasinga Reddy, President IRIA TS Chapter, Dr. Eshwar Chandra, vice president, Dr.M.Anitha, General Secretary, Dr. P.Lalitha, Treasurer, Dr. L.T.Kishore and other office bearers of IRIA TS Chapter, village Sarpanch and other important leaders of the village. Cardiologists, Physicians, Gastroenterologist, Gynaecologists, Paediatricians, Endocrinologists, Radiologists, Orthopedicians, Surgeons, Pulmonologist, Dermatologist and Neurologist have parcipated in the camp from various corporate Hospitals including CARE, Basavatarakam Indo- American Cancer Hospital, Asian Instute of Gastroenterology, Yashoda Hospital, Kamineni Hospital, ESI Hospital from Hyderabad and doctors from Warangal parcipated in the camp. The Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Yashoda Hosptal have provided mobile X-Ray, Ultrasonography, Mammography and ECG services in the camp. Endoscopic procedures were done in the mobile van sent from Asian Instute of Gastroenterology. In addion, Care hospital provided 3 ECG machines and ESOATE provided one ultrasound machine in the camp. Fuji and care stream sponsored x-ray and mammographic films. 1100 Paents aended the camp and ulised the various diagnosc and therapeuc services. It was a very well organized camp and the first of its kind in the history of IRIA that was organised in such a big way with huge turnout of the paents. Local hospitality was extended by KPR Foundaon. Around 35 doctors (15 Radiologists), 10 sisters, 6 Technicians and 40 local volunteers parcipated in the camp. About 60 X rays, two mammograms, 50 ultrasound, 30 ECG examinaons, 15 endoscopies along with 300 blood samples were taken for blood sugar. Medicines were given to all the paents by KPR Foundaon. On behalf of IRIA TS Chapter we immensely thank Dr.K.Prabhakar Reddy, President AOSR and President of KPR Foundaon for organizing such an excellent Free Medical Camp in his village KODAKANDLA and for his personal care and kind hospitality extended to all the medical staff parcipated in the camp.

Greetings from Telangana State Chapter of IRIA

Telangana State Chapter of IRIA in association with Dr.KPR FOUNDATION organized one day free multi speciality mega medical camp on 17th January 2016 (Sunday), at Kodakandla village, Warangal Dist, about 150 Kms distance from Hyderabad. 1100 patients from Kodakandla and the surrounding villagesattended the camp.
