SALE OF INVENTORY

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Indonesia, with locations at Sampoerna

Strategic Square North Tower 12A Floor, Jl Jendral Sudirman Kav 45 - 46 Jakarta 12930,

Indonesia with its respective sub offices is inviting interested bidders to send bid on the

purchase and removal of the items described hereon.

The terms and conditions to bid are described as below:

1. A deposit (Money order of certified cheque for not less than 10% of the total bid,

made out to IOM) must be submitted with the bid. The deposits will be returned

promptly to unsuccessful bidders and will be considered part payment for successful

bidders following the award.

2. The items are located as per attached location details. Bidders are urged to inspect the

item(s) prior to submitting bids. The items can be viewed on Tuesday, 4 February 2014

at 1000 hours to 1500 hours.

10. The successful bidder is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes which may be

due as a result of this sale.

11. Offers shall be submitted via email to: IndonesiaTenderAwards@iom.int,or by hand

to each IOM Sub Office. Subject of email format: Motorcycle BidLocation (city)

Offers received at sub-offices shall be forwarded toIndonesiaTenderAwards@iom.int

12. Selectionof best offer isbased on highest submitted price

13. Refund for unsuccessful bidders will be made at the 14 (fourteen) working days afterthe announcement of the winner.
