Approximately 19,124 SF, two-story office building situated on a 41,600 SF parcel zoned B3-SL. In December 2010, the building sustained a fire on the southeast corner of the ground floor. As a result, the building was completely remodeled with new high-end fixtures, finishes and components, including ten new digitally controlled Trane roof top HVAC units, new energy efficient lighting throughout, new acoustic ceiling tiles and grid systems, remodeled restrooms, new ducting, and so forth.
