3. Confirm your trip details by tapping “Set Pickup Location”.

4. Choose how many seats you need.

Is it okay to accept a second request in the middle of an uberPOOL trip?Yes, partners are expected to accept the 2nd request. There is no need to ask for permission from the 1st passenger

Do riders need to enter in their destinations for uberPOOL trips? Yes, uberPOOL riders must enter their pickup and drop off locations when requesting an uberPOOL in order to ensure an efficient trip match

No. There are no round trips, no additional trips, no changing destinations mid-trip. They can request a new ride when they get to their originally selected destination.

Can riders change destination mid-trip?

How many riders can be picked up for every uberPOOL request?Maximum of two people per uberPOOL pick up to ensure there is room for everyone

How long do I have to wait for uberPOOL passengers?Two minutes total. After one minute, call the rider. After two minutes, feel free to cancel that trip request

Will I get separate ratings for each passenger? Yes, each rider will give the driver a separate rating
