Non-profit organization; April 2016; Board members come from the City of Espoo, Finpro, Helsinki Business Hub,

CSSA-Espoo ry, University of Helsinki, etc.

MISSION —

to act as a facilitator, bringing together Chinese-speaking talents and Finnish

businesses to discover new opportunities on growing and expanding China related

businesses

AIM —

to create a community platform to enhance career opportunities for Chinese-speaking talent in Finland

VISION —

to cultivate a vibrant and innovative working community for the Chinese

professionals in Finland

At Work in Finland Project At Work in Finland project is a partnership project integrating public, private and third sector stakeholders to work together in providing better career opportunities for skilled immigrants. The project is funded by the European Social Fund until the end of August 2018.

Project Role of STF

The main role of STF in this project is to implement the Espoo sub-project together with the City of Espoo, in order to assist Chinese-speaking members in their career development as well as Finnish companies in growing their businesses especially in China market.
