The company has grown in size and scale and purchased significant new machines and equipment’s to become a respected and regular supplier of a complete range of Heating and Ventilation Ductwork, together with a full range of associated products and general steel fabrication.From the beginning, Daymat has focused on customer satisfaction and providing the best quality service and product possible. Daymat is equipped with a state of the art fabrication plant including plasma cutters, coil lines and bending machinery integrated with fully automated manufacturing software.
Approved construction drawings are directly uploaded to the Vulcan control and fabrication module using the Cam duct software protocol. Cam duct files are transferred to the fabrication systems where the software extracts the spatial parameters of the drawing and transposes them into the Vulcan fabrication language. The Vulcan software initiates production by commanding the coil line, plasma cutter and “nests” the data within the sheet metal and insulation to minimize waste and maximize production efficiency and together with the use of Daymat’ s unique barcode tracking system, every item to be manufactured is barcoded, scanned and checked through the various stages of the production process.

Controller The brain of the AutoFold is its state of the art controller. The controller allows the operator to program individual duct sections, or by jobs. The controller will track the amount of material run on each job and the total material used from each coil.
The Autofold 516 duct processing coil line the ability to produce a 1500mm width coil to be manufactured into sections including flat sheet “l” section “u” section and fully wrapped ductwork automatically, the time to form one average size section of fully wrapped duct is approximately 20 seconds, the speed for Autofold 516 is 18.29m/min.

The DA-52 is an integrated CNC controller which offers all basic CNC control functions up to 4 axes for electro-hydraulic CNC press brake. The TFT-LCD display and the modern front panel layout guarantee a very user-friendly and easy to program controller. Panel based housing makes it available to mount it directly onto electric cabinet or inside a pendent cabinet. Special shortcut keys are designed for direct, rapid and easy programming. Angle programming of Y axis and force control are offered as standard configuration. DA-52 offers a stable and reliable solution by taking advantage of the most up-to-date technology. USB interface is equipped to facilitate quick backup of product and tool data.

Daymat’s Rectangular Duct System is manufactured to meet the most stringent HVAC/Industrial specifications and quality standards using Daymat’s vast experience and expertise in the field and its state-of-the-art equipments.We pride ourselves on producing consistent, excellent quality rectangular duct & Accessories.Daymat Ducts are manufactured on CNC machinery such as Plasma cutting , Press Brake and shearing machines and fully automated machines such as auto fold and seaming machines .
• Galvanized Steel:- Daymat’s GI rectangular ducts are fabricated from hot dipped galvanised steel in accordance with ASTM A 653, G90 / Z275) 27 grams / m2 ) zinc coating , SABIC Brand.
• Stainless steel:- Daymat’s SS ducts are fabricated out from prime SS sheets of 304 / 316 grades with fully welded longitudinal and transverse joints.
• Black steel / Mild steel ducts:- Daymat’s black / mild steel ducts are fabricated from hot rolled / cold rolled black steel sheets with fully welded longitudinal and transverse joints.
• Duct construction as per DW144 / SMACNA/ASHRAE standards provides superior strength, low leakage rate and vibration free products.
• Less leakage with superior quality slip on flange transverse joints with integral sealant. • No limitation on duct size. Any size of duct can be constructed.• All GI straight ducts shall be with beading at 305mm distance and fitting at 450 mm, which act as stiffeners and
help minimizing vibration and drumming noise of duct sheet panels.• Factory fabricated and ”Ready to Install” ducts at the site.• Special identification stickers on duct pieces cross referred to AC units/drawings/areas for an easy installation
process.• Transverse Connection are available with slip & drive , slode on flange( Duct Mate 35 ) and companion angle .• Longitudinal seams are available with Pittsburgh lock 25 & 35 mm , double seam lock and ACMA lock.• Duct Accessories such as Plenum Box , Volume Control Damper, Access Door , Back Draft Damper & Sand Trap

Description
• Daymat Stright duct manufacted according to the SMACNA and ASHRAE standard.
• Daymat Straight duct standard length is 1220 mm.• Daymat Straight duct is manufactural plating panel stiffening
having a distance of 305 mm strengthening beads around, except if the duct is double wall or lined duct.
• Daymat Straight ducts are fabricated and supplied with applied sealant an all longitudinal joint and all transverse connections.
• Daymat Straight duct can be supplied fully assembled , L- shape or wrap around .
The daymat straight duct has mounting frames with sheet metal joining profiles and is stiffened with transverse sheet corrugation. Daymat straight duct manufactured to meet the most strict ventilation system Industrial specifications and quality standards.

• Daymat double wall duct one part of our product.• Daymat double wall duct is designed from outer shell solid
metal and inner shell (perforated or solid metal) surrounded by layer of insulation.
• Acoustic liner as per client request, Daymat standard acoustic liner is made from black woven glass fiber 25 mm thickness and 24 kg\ m3 density. Rubber insulation also available

Connecting Two Lengths of Duct Using Cleats S-cleat S-cleat Drive CleatDrive Cleat
Slide a Drive slip into the channel on the side of the duct. Repeat on opposite side.
Slide a S-slip onto the upper and lower end of the first length of duct.S-slips are used to connect two lengths of duct together.
Connect the second length of duct to the first by sliding its upper and lower ends into the S-slips.
Align the Drive slip so that its ends extend beyond the duct. Using a hammer, bend its ends so that they lay flat against the duct. Repeat on opposite side.

The Plenum box stabilizes the air supply, providing uniform air flow rate before the air enters the diffuser even it is square or rectangular. The plenum box is connected either with galvanized duct or flexible duct.

Description
• Daymat plenum box - Square ( DPB-SQ ) : The plenum box- square DPB-SQ is used for installation with square diffusers or grilles. Both fixed mounting and central screw fixing possible.
• Daymat plenum box - Square can be delivered with entry in horizontal position (Inlet side ) or in vertical position ( Inlet top) .
• Daymat plenum box - Square come complete with all necessary hanging bracket for drop rod support.
• The Inlet side connected to the ductwork, can be connected either galvanized or flexible duct
• The Supply air is connected with inlet side spigot which is optionally available with a volume control damper which can be adjusted on the face of the diffuser.
• Materials: Build of galvanized sheet metal, Gage 22, ASTM -653G-90 Zinc coating.
• Insulation: Acoustic liner is made from black woven glass fiber 25 mm thickness and 24 kg\ m3 density -other acoustic liner is available as per client request. Acoustic liner shall be adhered to sheet metal of plenum box with %100 area coverage of adhesive and fixed by Daymat stick up pins.
• Inlet: the inlet position horizontally – inlet side, Vertical position – inlet top - is available as per client request, spigot inlet without blade, optional available with a volume control damper .

DVCD allows even distribution and control or shut off the airflow and pressure under conditions of high duct pressures, DVCD is among the most budget – efficient solutions for air flow control in ductwork systems.
The light, medium and heavy duty construction of DVCD allow even distribution and flow control of air at high duct pressures and are suitable for various type of ventilation applications.
DVCD’S are applicable for the rectangular, circular and oval ducts .

Daymat Rectangular Volume control damper – Flange Type ( DVCD-FT)
Description
• DVCD casing is manufactured by galvanized steel sheet, the thickness is 1.5 mm ( gauge 16 ) .
• DVCD – Flanged Type is to be installed between two pieces of duct by flanges.• The blades action as standard , parallel or opposed ( optional ) • DVCD is designed without seal ( approximately 3 mm clearance from side ) .• Blades are fitted with tip seals to ensure for minimum air leakage for a
standard construction. ( Option )• The blade can be tightened to set the control lever in place at a specific
opening angle, angle adjustable ( 90-0 ° ) .• The dial of the control handle shows the damper closer / opening ratio .• Dampers can be manual with galvanized hand locking quadrant and position
indicator or motorized with a wide range of electrical actuators. ( Option ).

Blade Type
Triple Vee Profile blades are formed from a single thickness galvanized or stainless steel, incorporating three longitudinal V-Type grooves running the full length of the blade to increase strength. This blade is designed for low to medium, velocity and pressure applications. See the below details.
DVCD’S are designed with two types of Blade movements, based on the operation requirement
PARALLEL BLADES
Parallel Blades requires the damper blades to rotate in the same direction, parallel to one another. Parallel blades more suitable to low-pressure zone control systems. Parallel blades rapidly increases the flow when damper begins to open.
OPPOSED BLADES
In this blade movements, adjacent damper blades rotate opposite one another. Opposed blade configuration is typically used on dampers that modulate airflow. Opposed blades gives slow increase in the flow when damper begins to open.

• DRD shell be installed between two pieces of circular duct or plenum box.• DRD is designed for air ducts in diameter of 100 to 450 mm .• The blades are single skin cut to round shape, reinforced at center to
accommodate spindle assembly and provide toughness.• DRD is designed without seal ( approximately 3 mm clearance all around ) .• Blades are fitted with tip seals to ensure for minimum air leakage for a
standard construction. ( Option )• The blade can be tightened to set the control lever in place at a specific
opening angle, angle adjustable ( 90-0 ° ) .• The dial of the control handle shows the damper closer / opening ratio .• Dampers can be manual with galvanized hand locking quadrant and position
indicator or motorized with a wide range of electrical actuators.
Standard Construction :
• Casing : Galvanized sheet steel casing G90 as per standard, the thickness depending in the diameter ( Table 1 ) .the casing is a spot weld construction with swaging at both ends to suit ductwork connections, welded points are covered with zinc spray.
• BLADE: Galvanized sheet steel casing G90 as per standard, single skin blades, thickness of the blade is the same as frame.
• BEARINGS: Brass bush and Nylon /10mm PVC bush is standard supply. • AXLES: Blades are coupled with Linkage and Frame with Zinc plated 10mm
spindles, Square or Round. Spindles are either welded or riveted as per specification.
• QUADRANT: Manual operation, locking type quadrant made of GI steel with full “open” and “close” markings. Quadrant handle and drive axle are coupled to allow opening/closing of DRD at any position.

The sand trap louvre is used as pre-filter for the protection of air conditioning plants in areas exposed to extreme levels of industrial pollution. It has a degree of separation of sand and large dust particles, even in cases of high dust concentrations. The vertically arranged sections and holes for sand drainage ensure the sand trap louvre is self cleaning and maintenance-free. The sand trap louvre is designed to separate large particles at low air velocities, thus avoiding excessive dust loading on conventional plant filters. It is not intended as a substitute for conventional supply air filtration plant.
There are two models from Sand Trap Louver : 1 - Daymat Sand Trap Louver DSTL .2- Daymat Sand Trap Louver with Removable Tray and Filter DSTL-RTF

Standard and Features:
• Frame : Gauge 16 from formed galvanized steel sheet.• Blade : Gauge 16 from formed galvanized steel sheet.• Holes : Drain holes of diameter 20 mm are provided in two rows at the
bottom of the louver for emptying filtered sand and dust .• Screen : Galvanized bird screen 12 x 12 x 1 mm fixed behind the blades.• Minimum Size : 150 x 150 mm.• Maximum Size : 2000 x 2000 mm.• Over 2000 x 2000 mm multiple section can be combined to provide any
combination of overall width or height.• Composed two sets of inverted U-channels mounted vertically on two
opposite rows.• Fixed with a removable washable extruded aluminum filter with aluminum

Daymat Back Draft Damper (DBDD)
Description
Back draft dampers have been specifically designed for use in air conditioning and Ventilation system, these dampers are air operated and are used for air intake and exhaust, and are also used for pressure relief.Non return / Gravity / Back draft dampers either be operated by gravity ( where pressure or velocity opens and closes the damper ) or be motorized to open and close when required. These dampers are composed of a set of horizontally mounted blades, they are normally closed and free to rotate about the horizontal axis. The blades are manufactured from light weight aluminum sheet. Frame is manufactured from high quality aluminum as well as from galvanized steel.
• The casing frame is fully sealed robust and rigid assembly formed out of best quality aluminium sheets / galvanized sheet steel of 1mm thickness.
• Frame size: 125mm depth and standard flange height of 25mm.• Fully sealed low leakage blades are formed out of high quality light weight
aluminum sheets of 0.6mm thickness.• The bearing are made of PVC/Nylon to give smooth and rattle free operation
with 10 mm aluminum rod .• The blades are fitted with galvanized steel connecting spindle to main casing
/ frame for rigid and strong construction for rattle free and smooth operation due to variable air pressure.
• Blades seals: 20 mm x 20 mm aluminium angle.• A galvanized / aluminium angle is fitted internally to main frame to avoid
over movement of blades.• Structure is available with flanged edges and are supplied un drilled as
standard.
• System velocity and back pressure requirements.• Mounting orientation and air flow direction.• Mounting configuration ( Inserted into duct / opening or flange mount )• Damper operation ( Gravity or Motorized )
• Blades open fully or to any angle depending on the air velocity. • Blades stay in position of opening without fluctuating when there is constant
air flow. • Blades close quietly when the air flows stops.
