We are pleased to announce the new Shearer’s Snacks Uniform Program!

This online program allows you, as a valuable member of our team, to personally manage your uniform selections from various options. Shearer’s provides you with an annual allowance in which you can order your uniform apparel online and have it delivered right to your home. Additional information on how to place your order can be found in this booklet.

As always with the benefit of company paid uniforms, you have the responsibility of properly taking care of your uniforms to make sure all safety and GMP regulations stated in your associate handbook are followed. Not only are you representing yourself, but you represent the Shearer’s team as well, and we expect that you will continue to wear your uniforms with pride.

Instructions for Shearer’s Company Uniform Purchases

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ARROW UNIFORMWe are pleased to announce the launch of the new “Shearer’s Snacks” company uniform purchase program. The program is built around a spend allowance for each eligible employee. The spend allowance for each employee has already been loaded into the site. Once you login you’ll see the garment selections for your job category.

HOW IT WORKSYou’ll need to reach the landing page www.arrowuniform.com/shearers. When you reach the landing page, you’ll click on the link “Shearer’s Company Uniform Purchases”, and you’ll be taken to the exclusive login page for the site.

GETTING STARTED - USERNAME & PASSWORDArrow Uniform has provided each employee with a username and password in the following format. You can change your password upon logging in.

Username: lastnamelastfourSS#@shearers.com (Example: smith7057@shearers.com) Password: shearers

ADDITIONAL PURCHASESIf you want to make a purchase that exceeds your spend allowance, you can pay the additional cost at checkout with a credit card.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVINGIt is preferred that you ship your order directly to your home. You will be able to enter your address during checkout. The address will automatically be securely saved under your login for future orders.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTIf you lost your username or password or want to change it, contact Arrow Uniform’s Customer Service Department by email at customer.service@arrowuniform.com or phone at 888-332-7769. If you have already logged in and want to change your password, there is a Change Password option on the left. You will need to enter your existing password, then your new password twice to make the change. You also have the ability to view your order history, track orders, and view shipments.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGESEmbellished products with your company logo cannot be returned except for delivery error or defective merchandise reasons only. Cancellations prior to order fulfillment can be made by contacting Arrow Uniform Customer Service. This information is located in the “Contact Us” section located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

GETTING STARTED - USERNAME & PASSWORDWhen you arrive at the exclusive login page, simply click on the “Create Account” button to create your login or you can also login with your previously created username and password. Please note that all log in and passwords are case sensitive. As an associate, you may purchase uniforms using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

PLACING AN ORDERTo place an order, you may use the “Products” area to find the item. When you find the item you are interested in viewing select the item, color, size, quantity and click ADD TO CART. At this point you will be directed to the shopping cart to check out or you may click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” to select additional items. You can also place an order through Arrow Customer Service below via e-mail or phone.

COMPLETE YOUR ORDERThis feature gives you the ability to view all order history, track orders by order date, view shipments and change your password.

SHEARER’S SNACKS UNIFORM POLICYApparel purchased from the Corporate Apparel offering cannot be worn as part of or in place of your Shearer’s uniform. Abuse of this policy will lead to the termination of promotional goods offered.
