Transcript of Interview-The Game

Interview

A small GAME which is often played one on one or many on one which may or may not lead to create mockery of that. But what fact remains is when these ones come one

after one the mockery is actually on the many!!!

I guess that would have been a Bouncer!!

INTERVIEW

• When a single person goes inside an interview room comprising of an interviewer or a panel of interviewers, the entire panel goes out with all its might on the interviewee and this imparts a lot of pressure on the interviewee and most of the times leading to rejections.

• However, in a recruitment process when the same panel have to interview a 100-1000 students, they cant show their prowess on any one person and let go of the others.

• So in turn what happens is the amount of pressure the candidate is subjected to becomes very less which leads to high success rates.

What you would have heard??

“ It’s easy to get selected in a campus recruitment process and thus one should try their level best to get recruited in a

campus/mass recruitment process ”

“ The conversion rate in day one companies is high but as the process continues the conversion rate and success rate reduces

because of lesser number of students “

I guess now you know the correct reasons as to why are these things said

Interview A game?

As mentioned in the definition of interview that it is a game but is it really a game?

LETS TRY IT OUT

GAME decoded

• You go in all dapper and have a seat. That’s like a new player entering the pitch.

• One after another the interviewer asks questions varying from college life to personal life etc etc. You try and defend the googlies, duck the bouncers, and smack the straighter ones.

• At times pressure rises and you sweat a lot. You dive to make it successfully. But the final review is only with the person who is asking you the questions.

• The part where cheating happens in this game is just that the umpire and bowler are the same!!!! So your each and every short is reviewed and seen and recollected and your selection is made based on the quality of shots you played rather than the quantity

HENCE PROVED

P.S. :- please don’t waste time finding analogy between interview and other

sports. Meet me in the free time and ill tell you that as well.

What do I mean now!!

• If interview is a game then its best to play it like a game and not like a test you have to pass.

• In a game its not that every match you play, you win. You face losses too.(Umpiring and referees faults may also lead to you loss)

•The best way to crack this game is to play like you are the only person from the whole team who can play this game. Go upfront, lead the way, play with confidence and victory shall be yours.

One fact you should remember always.

THERE IS A JOB WAITING FOR YOU WHICH SUITS U THE BEST. ALL THE FAILURES THAT WILL HAPPEN WILL JUS LED

YOU TO THE JOB WHICH IS RESERVED FOR YOU.

THE NUMBER OF JOBS IN INDIA EXCEED THE NUMBER OF ENGINEERS INDIA

PRODUCES.

NOTE:-

You always have higher studies as an option too. But that too will require an interview!!
