FF:Soyouweren'tlikeavampireinthemovies.

WS:LikeeverythingelseinHollywood,itwasamixtureoftruthandlies.Onceinitiatedintothecult,Ifeltanoverwhelmingcravingforblood.Icouldnotbeartobeoutinsunlight,norcould Istandtobewithinadozenfeetofgarlic.Icouldnotstandfood,andhadtoexistsolelyonbloodand/orgrapejuice.

FF:Waitaminute.Wheredidyougetthebloodthen?WS:Fortunatelyformysanity,Iwasthehighpriestofafairlygood-sizedcovenofwitches.Severalofthepriestessesweremorethanwilling formeto tap intotheirveinsin exchange forthepromiseofeternallife.Therewereenoughwomensothatmyappetitedidnotendangeranyoneofthematfirst.

WS: They believed, as I did, that by participating in such rituals, they would beeternallyyoungandbeautifulanappealingthoughtforsomewomen.

FF:Yousaidthisgroupofwomenwassufficientforyou,atfirst.Whatdoyoumean?

WS:Towardstheend,myappetitegrew.IworkednightsoutonthestreetsandI hadtoreallyfighttonot attackthe occasionalwomanIwouldsee. Iwas filledwith a lust, not only for

blood,butfortheviolenttakingofthatblood.Compliantvictimswerenolongerenough.FF:Whathappened?

WS:AChristianwomanbeganprayingforme,andbecauseofherintercession,YHWHsmashedmymagicalpower-baseandgradually,painfully,deliveredmefrommyblood-lust.Ittookoverfiveyears,beforeIwasfinallytoaplacewhereI waswillingtobowthekneeandacceptYahshua(HebrewnameforJesus)asmyMasterandLORD.Then,Iwasfinallyandcompletelydeliveredfromvampirism.

FF:ThisisgoingtosoundincredibleformanyChristians.WS:Iwanttosay:"Good!"Wearetobeinnocentofevil(1Cor.14:20).However,thereisafinelinebetweenbeinginnocentandignorant.Thesameapostlewarnedusaboutbeing ignorantofSatan'sdevices(2Cor.2:11).ThatiswhyIprayedforseveralyearsbefore"comingoutofthecloset"aboutvampirism.WefelttheLordtellingusthatithadtobebroughttothelight(Eph.5:11).Asitturnedout,wecanseetheHolySpiritisaheadofthedevilasusual!

FF:Howdoyoumean?

WS:Ourbook,LuciferDethroned,waswrittenin1992.Itbarelyprecededawaveofnewvampiregarbage in themediaculminating in INTERVIEWWITH THEVAMPIRE.We knew that formanyChristians,theideaofsomeonedrinkingbloodandsleepingina coffinbydaywasmore Hollywood than reality.However, years ago,mostChristianswouldhave said thatthere were no such thing as witches either. A head-in-the-sand attitude can becounterproductive.

FF:WhatdoyouseeSatantryingtodohere?

WS:Satanisacopycat.HewantsmorethananythingtobelikeGod(Isa.14:14).HeknowsthatYahshuasfollowershavethegiftofeternallife.ItisavailablethroughHisblood.Ifyoustudythevampirecultcarefully,youwillseeitisamirrorimageofGod'ssalvation.Themovie, "BramStoker'sDracula"portraysDraculaasadarkChrist-figurewhogiveshisdiscipleseternallifeaswell,throughHISshedblood.

FF:Nowyou'velostme.

WS:Tobeinitiatedintovampirism,avampiremustdrinkyourblood.Thenyoualsoneedtodrinkbloodfromhisveins,usuallyfromagashinhischest.ThisisveryclosetothesymbolismofthebloodandwatergushingoutofYahshuasside.Theybelievethatthreedaysafteryoudie,youwillriseagainasafull-blownvampire,notjusta"vampire-wannabe."Thisisacopyofthethree days Yahshua spent in the tomb. I didn't die, so I nevermade that supposed finaltransition. Once theyhave risen, it isbelieved that theywill live forever. This is, again, acounterfeitoftheeternallifeandglorifiedresurrectedbodywewillreceivefromourSavior.

FF:Thenwhatdoyouthinkthedevil'spointisinthis?

WS:Folkstodayareobsessedwithhealthandyouth.Thereisabilliondollarindustrydedicatedtoit. Themediaaccentuates this bymaking olderpeopleboring or ineffectual.Now, there isnothingwrongwithbeinghealthy.ButtherearesomepeoplewhowouldliterallyKILLtogeteternalyouth.Likeeverythingelsetoday,theywantitnow.Theydon'twanttowait.NordotheywishtobowthekneetoYahshuaandgiveuptheirsinfullife-styles.Thevampirebeing

"marketed"todayoffersabeguilingblendofeternallifeandsexualwantonness.FF:You'resayingpeoplefinditsexy?

WS:EspeciallybecauseofHollywood.Remember,thisis thesameHollywoodthatglamorizeddrugsinthe1960's.They'vebeencarefultocastactorsasvampiresthatare"sex-symbols."TheytrytomakeitromanticbysettingitinaneraofVictorianeleganceandbeautifulclothing.Fortheyoungercrowd,therearemoregrungeorpunkorientedvampiressuchasthoseinthefilm,"TheLostBoys."Thevampireisshowntobeincrediblypowerfulandcharismatic.Usuallythosewhooppose him are portrayed as wimps or dolts. Today's youth are hungry for eternalanswers, and they feel powerless. The vampire provides them with supposed access topower andeternity, without the "hang-ups"and"thou-shalt-nots" that theyassociatewith

Yahshua.Naturally,themediawillneverportrayapowerfulimageofYahshuawith"state-of-the-art"specialeffects andworld-classproduction, soSatangetsallthe goodPR.Instead, itpleases YHWH to save people through the foolishness of preaching (1Cor. 1:21). It is ahumblingthought.

FF:Whyisthishappeningnow?

WS: We are in the last days. Incredible as it sounds, the Bible warns that as we near theTribulation, practices like this may become common. Once the Anti-Christ is revealed, hisworshipmayincludevampirismandcannibalismespeciallyoftheJewishremnantonthepartofhisfollowers(Ps.14:4,16:4,27:2,Is.6:12-13).Satanistryingtodestroytheancienttaboos that the Lord has set up. He has already tried to make fornication and sodomy

acceptable.Sexwithchildrenisnext, ifgayrightsgroupshave theirway.Wemayhavean"Equal-RightsforVampires"movement,ifYahshuatarries.
