Interroll has its own test centre covering an area of 800 m². This high-tech centre, unique inthis sector, allows it to conduct fatigue tests on both Interroll solutions and its competitors’products. Thanks to these tests, Interroll can guarantee the total performance and safety ofits products*.

* A number of other machines not presented in this brochure are used to test the endurance of the entire range of Interroll dynamic flow storage solutions.

In July 2008, the Centre of Excellence in La Roche-sur-Yon was awarded ISO 9001: 2000 certification by the German TÜV Test Association.

This certificate proves that Interroll’s quality management system meets thehighest customer requirements.

Interroll uses customer satisfaction sur-veys in all business sectors to achievecontinuous improvements and is perfectlyplaced to advise and assist customerswhen faced with new challenges.

Interroll can provide proof that all its prod-ucts (Flex Flow, Pallet Flow, Pushbackand Carton Flow) conform to all technicaland safety regulations and comply withperformance guarantees. An 800 m² testzone is entirely devoted to product certification, in which six test plants anda cold room operating at freezing condi-tions of -28°C run around the clock.

Pallet- or container-specificThe test zone in La Roche-sur-Yon facilitates the development of specificsolutions adapted to customer’s owncontainers (metal containers, special pallets, non-reusable pallets etc.).The test roller conveyors are fitted withmeasuring equipment (throughput speed,central deviation).

51-metre roller conveyorTests under real conditions on a 51-metrelong roller conveyor using the customer’sown products.The throughput tests performed underreal conditions convinced the customer’sProject Managers.

Pallet throughput testA 12-metre long roller track with a fullyadjustable gradient is available for customers’ pallet tests. Demonstration ispossible in the presence of customers.
