Sébastien Desnoyers-Picard is the Acting Director of Marketing for ITAC. Born and raised in Wendake, Quebec, on the Huron-Wendat traditional territory; The Nionwentsïo. Sébastien is a proud French speaking Indigenous person and he’s very involved in defending Indigenous rights and promoting his culture with the rest of the world.

International Media Marketplace (IMM) is the leading single-day event connecting travel journalists with the industry, enabling exhibitors to make top-level journalist contacts and influence the media’s future output. Each Exhibitors enjoy a dedicated branded table where they can meet top travel journalists, editors and broadcasters to discuss their news, events and developments. For their 3rd edition, the show was a sell out for space and was their largest event to date.

Destination Canada was present for a first time and ITAC took part in the event. Over 53 Canadian partners were present representing the interest of 25 enterprises/associations.

With an average of 22 meetings per partners out of a possibility of 24, all delegates were very busy. Approximately 400 medias were present for about 300 industry/exhibitors.

ITAC had 31 appointments in total. We were very please from the response of the medias as well as the engagement in the follow up process.
