A well concepted feedback system involving all the major stake holders provides an understanding of the ground realities. On the basis of the relevant feedback guidelines are framed for programme planning, making improvements in the teaching-learning process, syllabus implementation etc. In updating and upgrading various methodologies and policies the recommendations of the UGC, the NAAC, the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, statutory bodies are relevant. Committees are formed on various relevant considerations. The faculty in consultation with experts and guidelines from stake holders and students try to revise teaching methodology and ensure it suits to the teaching learner centric aspects. The importance of preparing students for life outside the campus and nurturing them for careers is an important consideration. Teaching excellence is given prominent weightage through structured feedback system that evaluate teacher effectiveness in every course. In addition to the formal feedback an informal feedback is also obtained from the students. Even such informal but transparent feedback is reviewed and used for improving their performance. OR 1.4 NAAC Executive Committee No. & Date: The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University has recently introduced the Semester System and CBCS System along with SGPA Grading System in the University and affiliated colleges. Hence, as our College is affiliated with Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. Our college also follows the revised, restructured implimented syllabus. The salient features of the restructured and revisely implimented syllabus contains credit points in accordance to the core subjects, elective core subjects etc.

2.14 Significant Activities and contributions made by IQAC
1) The IQAC decided to celebrate this academic year as Silver Jubilee year of the trust.
Hence, the College under the guidance and leadership of the IQAC emphasised on the
activities inorder to make the new generation aware of the prosperity of the institution.
2) The IQAC has undergone a thorough study of the CIA-Continuous Internal Assessment
followed in the college and suggested opinions and personal reviews for brining
meaningful changes inorder to make the existing system more relevant, objective and
transparent.
3) The IQAC of the college in consultation with the Principal has co-ordinated, suggested and
initiated cleanliness campaign in the campus for the weak and throughout in general.
4) The IQAC has planed and co-ordinated awareness programme for the students aspiring for
preparing and facing civil service examination and GPSC.
5) The IQAC through its activities has been an agent of change in the institution ensuring
efficient and effective performance at academic and administrative level.

2.15 Plan of Action by IQAC/Outcome
The plan of action chalked out by the IQAC in the beginning of the year towards quality
Enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of the year is stated below :
Plan of Action Achievements
1) The IQAC had decided to
create awareness and celebrate
the theme of cleanliness in
accordance to the National
Mission of Swachh Bharat
Drive.
As per the vision and mission of our
Prime Minister of India, the College
in collaboration with the Management
and students have conducted may
programmes leading to “Swachchh
Bharat Drive” Accordingly the
college conducted cleanliness
campaign in the campus, cleanliness
rally and run for cleanliness drive was
organised.
Moreover, Seven Days Camp at the
village Gokhantar was organised by
the College initiating Cleanliness
Drive under the title “Mahatma
Gandhi Swachchhta Abhiyan”.
An Exhibition of Paintings and
posters related to cleanliness drive
was also organised by the college.
2) Promote women
Empowerment Awareness
among the students.
As per the focus on the women
empowerment theme, the college
organised many programmes related
to this theme for generating
awareness among the girls and the
need for such programmes in today’s
emerging world.
3) Generate Yoga and Accordingly the college celebrated

Meditation awareness activities
among the students.
“International Yoga Camp” in the
college in which all the students of
the college, the Management and
teaching and non-teaching staff
participated unanimously in this
collective endeavour. One hour Yoga
exercise and meditation was
conducted in this college where all
participated enthusiastically, reviving
and re-inforcing the ancient practice
of health related exercise among the
modern youth.
4) Sustenance and enhancement
of knowledge.
The IQAC and the college strictly
believe in the expansion and
upgradation of knowledge in various
spheres and areas apart from the
curriculum structure. Hence, the
college as per its tradition has
organised the 11th Vyakhyan Mala
“Series of Lectures” on various
subjects, thus contributing enhancing
and sustaining the movement of
acquisition of knowledge from
various subject experts and scholars.
5) Celebration of the Silver
Jubilee of this time though
organizing various cultural
programmes on the Xth Death
Anniversary of Former
President and Founder of this
trust, Shri Himmatlal Mulani
The College conducted various
cultural programmes to celebrate the
Silver Jubilee of Shri Amarjyot
Education Trust and also to
commemorate the Xth Death
Anniversary of Late Shri Himmatlal
Mulani, the founder of Shri Amarjyot
Education Trust, Radhanpur

6) Inculcate the Values of “The
Joy of Giving & Recognition”
Inorder to inculcate the values and
habit of donation, giving and
supporting the needy, the college
conducted many Blood Donation
Camps in the college.
The College along with the students
collected fund for ‘Blind and the
underprivileged and physically
disabled people’ creating a sensitivity
and awareness to towards their
painful existence.
The College along with students
distributed school bags and education
kits to the poor and deprived children
of Primary School in Ravidham.
7) Sustenance and enhancement
of Quality
Sessions of Expert Lectures,
felicitation of outshining and
meritorious students thus motivating
and acknowledging the merit of this
quality is highly inculcated in the
college atmosphere. This contributes
in further enhancing and excelling
qualities among the other students.
8) Emphasis on the women
empowerment strengthening,
motivating and developing
innate qualities of female.
Sensitising the female students
towards the social, domestic and other
injustices and atrocities, the college
conducted many programmes related
to women empowerment. As our
college is located in the socially,
economically and backward area,
many of our girls belong to these

deprived families. As a part of this,
women empowerment drive the
college conducted two weeks women
empowerment programme where
inspiring lectures of eminent female
personalities were organised on
various subjects related women.
Various motivating programmes
related to the theme of women
empowerment was organized like
Elocution Competition. Women
Health checks up Camp, Legal
Awareness Camp etc. As a result of
such initiatives, plenty of Girls
became aware of the unknown facts
of health and legal system.
In order to generate self defence
awareness among the female students,
the college encouraged the girl
students to participate in one day self
defence training organized by the
Government of Gujarat Police
Department (Nari Suraksha Setu). In
this programme a notable number of
girl students participated and they
also received “Short Gun” by the
Government of Gujarat Police for
their self defence in case of adverse
eventualities.
The College also celebrated the world
women’s day.

A Beauty Camp was also conducted
in the college for the female students.
9) Celebration of various days
signifying the relevance and
importance.
Inorder to make the students aware
about the life and principles of great
personalities, the college celebrated
various days like Swami Vivekand
Week, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Birth
Anniversary, Umashankar Joshi Birth
Anniversary.
Birth Anniversary of Veer Narmad
and Zaverchand Meghani : The noted
poets of Gujarat, was celebrated in the
college. Moreover, World Aids Day,
Environment Day, Traditional Day
and other days of importance were
celebrated in sequence. The students
actively participated and presented
posters on Environment and other
days.
Apart from these, the college also
celebrated Teachers Day, Hindi Day,
Women’s Day, Sports Day, World
Population Day, Guru Purnima Day
etc.

competitive exams, guidance and
counselling camp by Techno Carriers

The College has been re-accredited with ‘B’ Grade with a CGPA of 2.48 on four
point scale.
The installation of the Wi-Fi Communication facility, Intercom facility extended to other
parts of the building and the coverage of the major part in the CC TV Surveillance area.
Moreover, the BISAG – Satellite Dish for viewing the telecasted programmes of the
Department of Higher Education BISAG has played a prominent role in bridging
connection with various knowledge initiative programmes.
Training Programmes / Capacity building sessions for the faculty by permitting them to
participate in various faculties Development Programme and create an efficient and
smooth functioning of the respective departments.
The AQAR Report and the details of it were placed in the Management Meeting of the College and was approved by the Management Body for uploading and submission to the NAAC Office, Bangalore

2.8 Examination/ Evaluation Reforms initiated by the Institution (for example: Open Book Examination, Bar Coding, Double Valuation, Photocopy, Online Multiple Choice Questions)
Evaluation of students is based on both continuous assessment (internal) with a weightage of 30 % marks and the End Semester Examinations (External) with a weightage of 70 % marks for each paper. Computer Based Test is being administered for only SCOPE English proficiency
Test which is an online exam. Internal options are provided as per the University subject Board directives. Objective Test for competitive exam are conducted for the students aspiring for the
UPSC and GPSC Exam in college.

2.12 How does IQAC Contribute/Monitor/Evaluate the Teaching & Learning processes:
The IQAC at regular intervals conducts sessions to explore the avenues to enhance teacher effectiveness through permitting them to participate in various Faculty Development Programme.
The IQAC advocates and encourages research publications and participation in State/ National / International and Regional workshops. Conferences and symposia.
Senior Faculty and Administrative Heads discuss future plans of the institution and prepare a road map (future plan) for quality assurance and enhancement.
The IQAC Co-ordinator in consultation with the various Heads of the various Departments undertakes the periodical review of the teaching learning process, setting of the question papers, evaluation patterns and encourages creativity, originality and analytical thinking.
Moreover, review of the functioning of the various units of the college is a part of quality enhancement and sustenance measures.

3. Research, Consultancy and Extension
3.1 Initiatives of the IQAC in Sensitizing/Promoting Research Climate in the institution
The IQAC in collaboration with the Research Committee and Research Cell closely works with the Head and the members of the Research Committee promoting research oriented activities. The IQAC also strives to develop qualitative research publications and presentations.
An endeavour towards developing Research Capacity Building among the teachers is carried out.
The IQAC takes the initiatives in arranging Research Committee cell at regular intervals to discuss about the contents, style, and methodology of Research Papers and Research Papers for presentation.
The IQAC promotes and encourages the UG and PG students to participate in various Seminars, Conferences and workshops held in the college and surrounding the college to inculcate the research oriented attitude and aptitude among the young aspiring scholar students.
Moreover, IQAC encourages the young students of the college to prepare and submit research articles in the Seminar Proceedings of the college and even in the class-room presentation.
The IQAC also helps the college to prepare various reports on research achievements of the college to get recognition in the form of Grants and Aids from the UGC and other institutions. The Co-ordinator of the IQAC plays a prominent and noteworthy role in preparing various reports, proposals of the college in various spheres.
At all levels inter-disciplinary enquiry is encouraged with the scope of innovation and quality advancement adhering to the ethical use of intellectual property.

Shri Trikamjibhai Chatwani Arts and J.V.Gokal Trust Commerce College Radhanpur has constantly emphasized on reaching out to the marginalized sections of the society. Though the College it self is located in a socially, economically backward and border area, it tries its best to recognize the needs to extend its services to the most vulnerable sections of the society in the surrounding areas and villages of the college.
Every year the college in collaboration with various NGOs of the town and with Rotaract Club visit various primary schools in the distant remote villages and donate school bags, school kits, sweaters and woollen cloths to the poor and downtrodden children of the primary schools. In this year too, the college practiced the same role.
The college extended its humanistic services for the flood affected people surrounding the villages of Radhanpur by offering food packets and cloths.
Moreover, blankets and woollen clothes are distributed to the Foot path dwellers during the winter season by the college where the students, teachers and stake holders of the

institution participate, thus, setting an example for others and initiating the faith in the “Joy of Giving”.
The College conducts ‘Blood Donation Camp’ in the college thrice in a year where a large number of the students, parents and stake holder of various sections participate. If will not be an exaggeration to state that in the entire District ours is the only college, through located in a remote and backward area yet donates a maximum number of bottles of blood.
Often during emergencies and on emergency calls from the hospital, our student volunteer donates blood without accepting or expecting anything.
The College makes efforts to realise institutional social responsibility inspired by the ideals of the vision and mission of the college. The College constantly encourages the faculty to shoulder the institutional, social responsibility, outreach programmes and monitors their impact. The College ensures the transmission of values, attitudes and behalf through live acts of sympathetic examples. This consequently encourages the students to be sensitive and familiar to social issues and difficulties. This effort ultimately moulds them to be responsible citizens.
Such out reach activities of the college creates social awareness, service learning and experiential learning.
The College creates a network with neighbourhood communities by establishing and building personal and institutional contacts with NGO’s and voluntary organizations inorder to conduct community development activities.
Digital India Campaign was arranged in the remote village.
Sarva Rog Nidan Camp ( Health Check up Camp for all the ailments) was organized in the college with the support of the students volunteers and collaboration with Rotary Club Radhanpur.
Distribution of Sewing Machine for the needy and deprived of the socially and economically backward women of Radhanpur in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society and Rotary Club Radhanpur.

Criterion – V 5. Student Support and Progression
5.1 Contribution of IQAC in enhancing awareness about Student Support Services
- The IQAC collects feedback from the students at the end of the academic term regularly on various aspects of our college especially about the teacher’s performance.
- Feedbacks are also collected on various support services in the college. The College conducts entry-in-service classes and also Remedial Classes for the students aspiring to improve their academic and competitive performance in various state public examinations conducted at regular intervals.
- Some of our outshining students also extend their services as peer teachers as and when their services are sought by the college. This also plays a role model for other students and become a source of inspiration for the new entrants and the juniors.
- This also reflects their active role in enhancing student involvement in college activities and sense of belongings and contribution for the institution where they had gained knowledge in their formative years of life. This ultimately facilitates inclusive education.
- Feedback on various programes is made available to the management through IQAC for quality sustenance and improvement.
5.2 Efforts made by the institution for tracking the progression
- Heads of the Department and the Principal meet at regular intervals (Twice in an academic year) to discuss the progress of the students in the academics.
- At the beginning of each academic term, a General Meeting with the Principal, Management and Teaching staff is also arranged to trace out, analyse and discuss the progress of the students and other aspects related with the quality upgradation of the institution in general.
- The suggestions and feedback generated from such meetings and fruitful discussion help the college authorities to take the policy decisions in amending suitable system to ensure and enhance the academic performance of the students in each and every semester.
- Personal guidance on both academic and non-academic matters is made available to the students through mentoring. Besides the course teachers, the students can also approach designated outshining senior students for guidance academic and personal counselling.
- Even students’ parent meet is also organised at regular intervals at the end of the academic year and their reviews are also collected, analysed and implemented by the principal wherever and whenever necessary.
- From the preview experience of the college, it can be understood that about 60% of the students who passed UG usually go for PG Programmes or join some Professional Courses like B.Ed. or B.P.Ed. in various institutions. About 10 to 15 % of P.G. Students who have completed P.G. join B.Ed. Course or other professional courses. About 1 to 2 % students join

The student Counselling Cell of our College extends assistance and support to the students with psychological, academic and social concerns. 5.8 Details of gender sensitization programmes
The College in Collaboration with the Women Cell organises special lectures of eminent women guest speakers to motivate the female students.
The College in order to sensitise the gender issues has organised various workshops, seminars on women Indentify. Empowerment of women in Society and in Higher Education, Legal Awareness regarding the violence against women vulnerabilities and strategies, self Defence for women etc.
Moreover, the college has celebrated women empowerment week conducting various activities like Debate, Elocution competition, Poster Presentations, Essay writing and drawings on the subject of women empowerment were conducted categorically.
The College also functions Anti Ragging Cell and Sexual Harassment where the students are made aware of the functions of the cell, its objective and procedures of registering complain if necessary with contact details.
The selected girls of our college were given training of self-defence against vulnerable circumstance and shock-guns were also distributed to the girls per by the Government of Gujarat, Police Department as a part of Gender sensitivity and Self Protection Drive.

6.1 State the Vision and Mission of the institution.
Vision of the Institution:
To spread qualitatively equipped higher education along with vocational literary and
humanitarian values through this institution keeping pace with the Global Challenges of the

there by establish its distinctive identity.
Mission of the Institution:
- To Provide ample opportunities of the best education in the field of literature and commerce
along with the overall development of the intellectual physical and mental units of the youths
such as socially economically backward and boarder area.
- To inculcate professional commitment, honest moral values and implant such human values that
will enable them to achieve the efficiency as an ideal citizen of the nation and to equip them to
face the challenge of the future by providing structural facilities to achieve research targets
through this institution.
- To empower female education along with social, cultural and natural values and distinctive
personality in the society through the means of this institution.

The college believes in a system of participative management. The flow of information and decision making processes are systematised and channelled through all the key constituents of the college. The various opinions and suggestions provided by the Governing Body, Management Committee and other stake holders are implemented by the various administrative offices under the eminent and active leadership of the principal.
The Heads of the Departments ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the activities of the Department in Collaboration with other members of the Department. At the beginning and at the end of each academic term regular staff meetings are arranged to discuss and decide on matters relating to academics and administration Regular interactions with stake holders, comprising of faculty, parents and alumnae and the students are organised regularly.

6.3 Quality improvement strategies adopted by the institution for each of the following:
6.3.1 Curriculum Development
An assessment of the effectiveness of the current curriculum is done through feedback obtained from faculty, students, alumnae, subject experts, employers and members of the academic audit. Actually, our college has no power in curriculum framing; it is done by The Board of studies of the respective subjects in the University frames the Curriculum. Some of our staff members who are the members of the Board of Studies contribute their suggestions, valuable opinions in the framing of the syllabus. Moreover, our Principal of the College is a member of the Academic Council, where he offers his suggestions and exercises his right in the amendments, structuring and re-structuring of the syllabus within his purview.
- The CBCS and Semester System has been recently introduced. Thus, the University has implemented new curriculum of syllabus in accordance with CBCS System. At Present no changes have made in the syllabus so far.
- Generally, the Syllabus is revised and restructured every 3 years. The College follows the guidelines for curriculum development and restructuring set down by the UGC and HNGU – Patan.
6.3.2 Teaching and Learning
- The College tries its best to provide state of the art technology for promoting innovative teaching methodologies.
- The College conducts paper-presentation, assignments submission for students as an endeavour to promote confidence, creativity and analytical thinking.
- Faculty members are often suggested and encouraged to deliver their lectures in a student oriented manner enabling the last bench learners to grasp the topic nicely. Inorder to enhance their innovative skills, faculty members are also sent for training to enhance their teaching skills.
6.3.3 Examination and Evaluation
The evaluation process consists of continuous assessment and end semester examinations (ESE). Moreover, the college also conducts Internal Examination for the students before the University Examinations for which there is weightage of 20 marks.
The following reform measures have been adopted.
(1) Display of the Internal Exam Results through college website as well as display of the exam results on the college notice board.
(2) Online Display of End Semester University Examination Results.
(3) Re-examination is conducted for those students who have missed the regular Internal Exam to prevent from the loss of marks.

(4) The college has an effective system of student evaluation through which a meaningful teaching and learning is assured.
(5) In case of Discrepancy of marks during internal examination, a re-assessment and checking form is filled by the students. The Examination Committee verifies and validates the answer book of the students and in case of correction of marks, it is intimated to the concerned students and necessary correction is made in the records.
6.3.4 Research and Development
Research in the College has been given a strong thrust since the 1st accreditation cycle of NAAC in our college. Even after the Re-Accreditation of NAAC in 2013, the college strives its best to expand its contribution in the area of Research. Hence there has been a renewed focus on various research oriented activities. The Award of Minor Research Projects to faculty recently reflects and underscores the growing importance given to research in the college.
The College has conducted National Seminar in the year 2015 in Gujarati. Moreover, our faculty and students also participate in various researches oriented activities. The significant thing is that the students of U.G. and P.G. are also motivated towards research oriented activities and thus providing an atmosphere of inculcating and flourishing research oriented values. Some departments encourage U.G. Students through P.G. Research in various way by way of projects, seminar papers and assignments.
The Research Committee of the college is active and offer valuable support and suggestions in this regard at regular interval.
6.3.5 Library, ICT and physical infrastructure / instrumentation
Library: The Library of our college is partially automated. The process of automation is going on. The Library facilitates the access of information on various types such as online databases, e-journals, e-books and N-List Data. Access to various sources of information is allowed online through internet. The College Library uses SOUL Software for maintenance of the Library.
ICT: The Institution adopts the policies and strategies for adequate technology deployment and maintenance. The ICT facilities and other learning facilities are adequately available in the institution for academic and administrative purposes. The Institution deploys and employs ICT for a range of activities. Seven Class-rooms of the college is installed with LCD thus ensuring the optimum and effective use of ICT by the Teachers and the students.
The College has a well equipped Digital Language Laboratory with internet connectivity. Moreover, the college has BSNL Wi-Fi connectivity during the college working hours.
The entire college has 62 CC TV Cameras and the entire campus of the college is under the surveillances of CC TV.

Physical Infrastructure: The College has sufficient and well-equipped class-rooms, administrative officer, staff room, Boys’ Common Room, Guest Room, IQAC office / IGNOU office Examination Hall, a neat and clean Library with separate internet Browsing Corners for Boys and Girls have been created facilitate the requirements of the students. Moreover, Separate Girls Room and Boy’s Room also exist for the students for recreation.

At the end of the each academic year, the Management of the College in consultation with the Principal reviews the existing positions and identifies personnel for various teaching and non-teaching positions. The Management has its own standard policy on appointment of staff, training and development, compensation and handling grievances. The Management makes appointment through its own prescribed procedures.
New recruits are allowed periodically to undergo orientation and training programmes offered by the Universities and Gujarat Knowledge Consortium (KCG).
Even members of the Non-Teaching Administrative staff are permitted to attend various training sessions hosted by the University and the State Government.

Advertisements inviting applications from qualified candidates are published in leading news papers. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria lay down by the UGC and the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University are invited to face the Interview. The Interview Selection Committee consists of the panel including Principal, Secretary, Members of the Management, Head of the Concerned Department, a senior member of the faculty and an external subject expert. Candidates deemed suitable to meet the institutions’ requirement are appointed on probation of one year. They are given a permanent position by the Management after assessment of their performance.

As per our institutions age old tradition based on the philosophy that access to quality education is the fundamental right of all citizens, the college ensures the optimum admission of students in this distant and remote, boarder part of North Gujarat. The College is committed to extend its vistas of knowledge even to the students belonging to the remotest village of this boarder area. The College firmly believes in dedicatively serving the students belonging to the economically and socially marginalised sections of the society. Hence, to this end, the college privileges them in the admission process. This philosophy shapes and moulds the admission policy of the college.
More than 80% of the students belong to the socially, economically and educationally backward class section of the society. Many of them are First generation Learners. Generally, the Students are admitted based on government regulated policies on reservation.

The KCG initiated AAA visit was conducted in our college on 21/12/2013 and the NAAC Peer Team visited our college on 21/02/2015 and evaluated our college and re-accredited our college with a CGPA of 2.48 on a four point scale with effect from 21/12/2013.
Internal Evaluation:
The College conducts periodic evaluation in a structured manner through Class, Committee Meetings and through formal and informal evaluation of the Teachers. Various feedback is collected on syllabus, teaching – methodology, evaluation etc. The feedback is used to assess the teaching – learning process. The Governing body also provide valuable oral and written feed back.

6.11 Activities and support from the Alumni Association.
The Alumni Association of the college is quite active and supportive. With active support and involvement of the alumni association of the college, the college conducts “Vyakhyan Mala” series of Lectures / discourses by eminent exports.
The Alumni Association of the College also felicitated the meritorious students who secured various ranks in their University Exams and College Toppers.
The Alumni Association of the college welcomed the Fresher in the new academic term to the college with a warm welcome and support.
The Alumni Association of the college also conducted ‘Best Wishes’ programme for the final year students before appearing in the exam. They also guided the students for the last minute preparation and how to face the examination.
It also conducted farewell programme for the final year students from B.A. / B.Com. to final M.A. / M.Com. Students.
The Alumni Association also offered their co-operation and support in Blood Donation Camps and during the distribution of woollen clothes and blankets to the poor and the destitute.

The College doesn’t have an established Parent – Teacher Association. However, there are
activities like Blood Donation Camps, Public Cultural Programme of the Campus and even

The Supportive staffs are often counselled by the Principal and the Management. They are also guided related to the code of conduct activities and decorum to be maintained in the academic institution.

As the college is located in the remote desert area of Boarder Taluka town Radhanpur, it understands the necessity of Green Drive and Eco-friendly initiatives.
The College has a Eco-Environment club which takes care of the Eco-friendly activities of the college.
Every year the College plants various numbers of sapplings to contribute to the Environment friendly initiatives.
Awareness Programmes are conducted to inculcate the value of Eco-friendliness among the new generation. AS a part of this drive Elocution Competition for Green and Clean Drive, Essay Competition regarding environment and posters related to environment themes were created by students.
Themes were created by students maintenance of trees was organised. Lectures of Experts in the field of environment were arranged for the students’ inorder to develop and inculcate environmental sensitivity.

7.1 Innovations introduced during this academic year which have created a positive impact on the Functioning of the institution. Give details.
The College periodically introduces new and immovable courses in teaching-learning methodology.
- Teaching through LCD Projectors are encouraged among the teachers to keep pace with the changing scenario.
- Inorder to develop creative skill among the students Basic Computer Courses and Basic Computer Courses during the soft skills among the learners of this backward and remote areas.
- The ‘Joy of Giving’ concept has been inculcated among the students through their participation and involvement in various community service activities like the distribution of cloths, food, school bags and woollen clothes to the destitute and the poor.
- Research aptitude and attitude is being inculcated right from the UG to PG Classes of this college. This gets reflected in the number of students’ participation in the various research events.
- Sewing Classes for widows, divorcees, needy and suppressed are conducted at token rate to help them to be self reliant.
- Academic and co curricular toppers are motivated by awarding them mementos and certificate of appreciation for excelling in their respective fields.
- NSS and NCC Units of our college inculcate leadership and service oriented qualities among the students’ volunteers through holistic and social service oriented activities.

Based on the Plan of Action, the college has decided to motivate the students and teachers to emphasize on research activities. The out come of which could be seen in the increasing number of students and teachers participation in various seminars, conferences and workshops and presented papers.
An emphasis was also laid for the publication of Research articles in journal which also fetched positive results which could be seen in the increasing number of publication of Research Articles in Yen owned journals by teacher’s publication of books.
A quest for research oriented activities is reflected in the mind set of teachers and students.

(1) Blood Donation Camp was held in the Campus.
The College organised Blood Donation Camp in the College in which 173 Bottles of Blood was collected. Many students and even their parents donated blood in the campus.
(2) Donation of Woollen Blankets and Sweater:
As per the tradition, the college continued with its joy of giving programmes to donation of blankets and sweaters to the children of the needy, deprived and extremely weaker section for the society and in various poverty stricken areas.
7.4 Contribution to environmental awareness / protection
The College has got Environment Club which organized various programmes on
environmental awareness throughout the year to make student community aware of this issue
pertaining to environment. The Club also strives its best to makes them understand their
immediate surroundings and the integral role plays by fauna and flora.
The College often conducts Green and Clean Campus Campaign. The students cleaned the
building and collected plastic wastes from the ground.
A Cleanliness Drive Rally was also organized by the volunteers of the NSS and NCC
Students in Radhanpur town, Creating Awareness for the Swachha Bharat, Swachha Gujarat
Campaign.
Commitment to the environment and fostering student involvement for ‘Green’ Campus
initiative has always been our priority.

Our College is a prestigious institution located in the remote and boarder part of Gujarat. It is a socially and economically backward area where most of the young generation are first generation earners in the field of Higher Education.
