A well concepted feedback system involving all the major stake holders provides an
understanding of the ground realities. On the basis of the relevant feedback guidelines are
framed for programme planning, making improvements in the teaching-learning process,
syllabus implementation etc. In updating and upgrading various methodologies and policies the
recommendations of the UGC, the NAAC, the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University,
statutory bodies are relevant.
Committees are formed on various relevant considerations. The faculty in consultation
with experts and guidelines from stake holders and students try to revise teaching methodology
and ensure it suits to the teaching learner centric aspects. The importance of preparing students
for life outside the campus and nurturing them for careers is an important consideration.
Teaching excellence is given prominent weightage through structured feedback system that
evaluate teacher effectiveness in every course. In addition to the formal feedback an informal
feedback is also obtained from the students. Even such informal but transparent feedback is
reviewed and used for improving their performance.
