If the exhibition is forced to be closed due to circumstances beyondthe organizer's control, there are cases where booth fees already paidin may not be refundable.Other details will be provided in the exhibition manual.

Exhibits for the purpose of spot sales are prohibited.If it is discovered that there have been spot sales after the opening of the exhibition,the exhibit will be withdrawn and the exhibition booth fees will not be refunded.

It is not possible to cancel or reduce the number of booth lots afterthe exhibit application. In the event of cancellation or reduction of the number of booth lots due tounavoidable circumstances, an exhibitor booth fee equivalent to the number ofbooth lots applied for will be charged as a penalty.
