    electricity distribution.

    The components of AT&C losses are technical and commercial. Major component iscommercial loss which is due to theft, improper billing, under billing, no billing andpoor collection.

    Some of the reasons for higher commercial losses in Northern States as comparedto Southern States are mentioned below. Kindly rate these reasons on 1 to 7 pointscale
