Our system is based on a new innovative pigment / master-batch technology, no matter what you and your customers focus on: durability, high quality, easy application, environmental compatibility or economic efficiency.
The system offers the right solution for all demands. Therefore a simple reaction to the upcoming market requirements is possible.
Various coating qualities can be created due to the possibility of com-bining different master batches and pigment pastes. is similar to a modular system.
This system enables to produce coatings for many different kind of vehicles products. Therefore it is simple to coat the chassis of a site vehicle as well as the body of an overland bus with just one single system.
Thereby the selection of the master-batch determines how robust, resistant and / or glossy the result will be.
The system offers the maximum possible flexibility. The small number of components makes it easy to quickly overview the working steps and ensures an optimal result.
35 pigment pastes are part of the system, covering the whole uni- and metallic colour range.

Our system provides the right solution for various fields of application in the range of vehicle coatings. Applicable for all kind of vehicles –commercial vehicle, trailer, special purpose vehicle or bus.
Doesn’t matter if you apply the coating material on steel, aluminium, plastic, composite or KTL. The result will be optimal. There are indivi-dually adjusted products for all kind of difficulties.
The components (master-batch, hardener and thinner) will be developed for each special requirement. As we are also considering technical and climatic conditions while processing, thes best results may be achieved.
In addition the colour shade range will be completed by the Industry Box and the Automotive Box. This handy maps cont-ains 8.500 uni-, metallic and pearl-shades on large chips.
You will learn the handling of the system by training, customized to meet your specific requirements. Furthermore you will learn how to identify colours.
