Budapest-Törökbálint Terminal

• Located 5 kms from Budapest city limits, 1 km from M1-M7 highways, own junction on the 2x3 lane speedway

• Access to the highway network of Hungary, Slovakia is only 45 kms away

• Ownership: 100% private, no state or government influence on the terminal

• Rail link leads to Budaörs station, which is located on the Budapest - Győr - Wien double track, electrified, high speed line

• The terminal is a licensed rail station ( not an industrial track ), code: 01040 MAV

• The terminal is neighboured by a logistic center, with 65.000 sqm warehouse surface, customs office and conventional rail station

• No crossing of living areas and neighbourhoods approaching the terminal.

Terminal Facts• 3 x 200 m normal gauge track with C axle weight possibility

• Loaded and empty container depot, 1500 TEU capacity

• Reinforced places for heavy containers, special concrete CTR stands

• Fully refurbished alleys among container racks - concrete brick flooring

• Open: 2 shifts, available 3 shifts, night and weekend services, 24/7 guarding of the depot, high security measures

• Local staff: admin and customs staff of 8 people, offering CTR cleaning, inspection, manipulations

• Truck parking lot for 12 trucks / chassis, 50 m drive to the container loading area

• Lean operations, very quick freeing of containers ( approx 45 min after train arrival, if customs status allow, container is on the way )

• AEO C certificate from customs to ensure security and integrity

• Lighting towers to secure effective terminal lighting overnight and in poor weather conditions

• Priority promise to express containers, first pick from train, first truck launch upon necessary

• Dedicated staff of 1+1 people for terminal operations ( 1 normal, 1 backup )

• Absolutely flexible empty container handling upon Partners’ request

• Offering full range of logistic service palette upon request


Special conditions for Partners

• Lifting: EUR 25 / lifting

• Storage of loaded containers from 11th day: EUR 25 / ’20 CTR and EUR 50 / ’40 CTR

• Storage of empty containers from 31st day: EUR 1 / ’20 CTR and EUR 2 / ’40 CTR

• Container cleaning fee: EUR 10 / ’20 and EUR 20 / ’40 ( outer )

• Steam washing fee: EUR 20 / ’20 and EUR 40 / ’40 ( outer )

• Electric supply for a reefer container: EUR 30 / ctr / day, or EUR 3 / departed hour

• Gen-set handling: EUR 30 / clipp on or clipp off

• PTI test: EUR 45 / test

• Net prices, VAT may apply, valid until 31.12.2013.
