Instructions on how to register for Foundation Simulation
1. Go to www.capsim.com
2. Click on “Register”
3. Click on “Create New Account”

4. Select “I agree with the Terms of Usage”, then click on “Continue with initial
registration for this course”
5. There are two ways to locate your class simulation
a. If you know the Industry ID, which will be provided by your Professor, enter it
in the box and click on “Enter Industry ID”
b. If you do not know the Industry ID, you can select the University name
“Bloomsburg University” from the list

Then click on “Register in this Industry ID”
6. Either way, it will take you to this page:

Enter your personal information such as First Name, Last Name, Email, then create a
User ID and password for logging into your course. After that, click on “Continue”
7. Your account has now been set up. You will use this for all future logins to
www.capsim.com . However, you can only access your course site after you pay for
the registration. There are two methods of Registration Payment:
a. Option#1: “Enter Prepurchased registration number(s)”: Use this option if
you bought a packet at the Campus Bookstore. You will obtain a pre-purchased
registration number from the Bookstore.
b. Option#2: “Pay Online”: You will pay directly on line to Capsim Management
Simulation Inc. with your Credit cards or checks.

Please note that Registration numbers are at the least ten digits. Your Industry ID is not
a Registration number.
8. If you choose option#1, click on “Enter Prepurchased registration number(s)”:
Enter the registration number you have obtained from the Bookstore in the Registration
box and click on “Continue Registration”.
9. If you choose option#2, click on “Pay Online”:

Enter all the required information and click on “Proceed”.
After Registration Payment is made, you are now registered and will be able to access
the course site and download the “Student Guide” or “Team Member Guide” at anytime.
