Search for the following entry: sapmsP1P 3620/tcpIf this entry is not present, then the user will need to call SD and have it modified or added.

Step 2:1. Launch Logon pad2. Click on Groups

3. In System ID type in P1P4. In Message Server type in tp1p002a.eu.unilever.com5. Click Generate List button6. Select Public from the Groups option that will appear in the window below7. Finally click Add
