This AGREEMENT made at Nigdi on this Jul 2018, between Pimpri Chichwad Education Trust's,
S I Patil Institute Of Management, Sector No 26, Pradhikaran, Pune , a trust registered under the
prevalent Act, with its registered office at Nigdi Sector No 26, Pradhikaran,Nigdi Dist. - pune - (herein
af{r referred to as 'the Trust' ofthe first part)

Swaraj Security Service, Flat No.2O1, Krystal City, pearl _ B-, Gate No_9q89, Moshi, pune, 411062.' engaged in providing services such as security personnel & undertakes assigned contracts of security(hereinafter referred to as ,the Contractor, of the second part).
And whereas the contractor has approached the Trust with his willingness to provide these servicesand where as the Trust has accepted to have a contract in the area of security personnel contractor havingsubmitted his quotation for these services & after discussions between the parties, they entered into anagreement on the following terms and condiUons:_
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT:
1) The contractor shall be responsible for rendering the daily services of security services, as agreedbetween the Trust and the contractor, through their personnel on daily basis, with effect from l Jul 201g.The Personnel so engaged will be under the supervision of the staff appointed by contractor and shall carryout jobs assigned to them.
2) The contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and contror of personnel and also for allocationof duties to them The contractor shall co-ordinate the day to day assignments with administrativedepartment of the Trust.
3) The contractor will be required to rotate his workmen in shift and shall assign the work as per exrgenciesand requirements.
4) The Contractor should not change the guards frequently.
5)The contractor shall provide the security man power as follows:_a) Security guards -4 (3 Security guards during Dayand 01 during Night)b) Security Supervisor - NIL
6) security guards and supervisor shourd wear a smart uniform and contractor sha, maketurnoutof the security persopnel is proper at all time.
7) The payment of the employees as follrws:_
a) Security Supervisor- Rs f52O}/fier month for 12 Hrs
b) Security Guard - Rs L3ZOO//per month for 12 Hrsc) Service Tax extra (till such time exemption is taken)
d) The rates tax are subject to change in case of any increase in minimum wagesfor security personnel by gow. or as promulgated by the district guard board.

registers as prescribed, duly renewed or valid at all time'

providedtotheTrustunderthiscontractandsha|lkeepthemWithinthepremisesoftheco||egeandmake
available for inspection by the Trust's officer or any Government or local authorities' immediately on
demand. lt shall be the responsibility of the contractor to comply with the provisions of the Minimum
WagesAct-1949,FactoriesAct-lg48,andallotheractsapp|icabletohim,irrespectiveofhisworkmen.A||

14)Thecontractorsha||beresponsib|efora||thestatutorypaymentstohisemp|oyeesinc|udingWages,
providentFund,Bonus,HRA,Est,cratuityandotherbenefitsprescribedbylawincludingcompensations
thereot rhe Trust reserves the rights to recover from the payment due to the contractor, the same paid by
the Trust by way of cost and proceedings damages, losses or penalty paid by the Trust in respect of short
coming or failures or non compliance on the part of the Contractor'
15)Thecontractorsha||arrangeathisowncostanyinsurdncecoverforhisemp|oyeesprovidedtotheTrust
under this contract, if he feels so necessary'
16)(a)Thecontractorshal|bereimbursedtheamountasagreedbetweentheTrustandhim,whichhewi||
beactuallypayingtotherespectivecategoriesofservices.Thecontractorsha||beresponsib|eformonth|y
wages as per the agreed sums and other various statutory benefits to their personnel in stipulated time'
(b) That contractor undertakes to engage, employ and provide the above mentioned number of trainedsecurity personnel. The number of security personnel actually deployed may increase / decrease dependingon the requirement with mutual consent.
17) The Trust shall make payments to the contractor within one week on receipt of bill which will besupported by the proof of having actually paid the exact amounts as agreed. The contractor will produce hismonthly bill on 1" day of the following month.
18) The contractor shall provide at his own cost and expense, all necessary protective equipment necessaryfor proper execution of their duties, such as umbrelas, raincoats, groves and torches, to the personnerworking on his behalf at site
19) The responsibility of the contractor is to get the work done in a manner satisfactory to the officers ofthe Trust, by personnel on daily basis for renderinB the daily servrces.
20) In case the contractor fails to perform any of the jobs as or leave them incomplete, the same shall becompleted by the Trust and the cost thereof shall be deducted from the monthly bill payable to theCo ntra cto r.
21) The tenure of this contract will be for a period of one year from the commencement and it willcommence from 1 Jul 2018. After its expiry i.e. 30 Jun 2019 the contract may be renewed between theparties for a further period
22) This contract is liable to be terminated by either of the parties, by giving the other a notice of onemonth, in writing. Howeveq the Trust has right to terminate the contract without giving any notice to thecontractor for breach of agreement committee by the contractor in case the same is legally established.
23) No termination of agreement due to whatever reason, all dues of the contractor will be cleared beforethe last day of contract, by the Trust before the charges of security can be handed over.
24) The Trust cannot employ personnel of the contractor directly or indirectly for a period of one yea4 evenafter termination of the contractor a n amount equiva lent to one yea r.s contract rate amount of eacn oersonso employed.
25) No amendment, change or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed byboth the parties hereto.
26) lf any provision of this Agreement or any portion thereof is held to be invalid and unenforceable, thenthe remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
27) The obligation of the contractor will be suspended when the services under the said contract aresubject of Force Majeure Force majeure for the purposes of this agreement shall mean earthquake, storm,tempest, floods and acts of god, that affect the premises of the company and not otherwise.

28) All disputes and differences if any arising out of this agreement or interpretation of its terms and
conditions will be resolved amicably by any between the parties, in the event of such amicable setflementnot forthcoming the parties shall submit their disputes for arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by
the parties jointly. The arbitration shall be in accordance with the provisions of the arbitration and
conciliation
Act, 1996 and the rules made under. The venue of the arbitration shall be in pune and all arbitrationproceeding shall be in English Language.
While this agreement is to serve as a guideline for operation of this contract both parties shall always strive
to work towards mutual benefit and growth

A Safety Awareness Workshop was organized at S. B. Patil Institute of
Management on 23rd
September 2017. The speaker, Shree.Vijaykumar Palsule
spoke about safety rules and regulations.
He started his speech with different safety measures that are being developed by
the police department for the SENIOR CITIZEN. He gave information about
safety cell and various apps that are available to cater senior citizens safety and
security. Sir also shared information on how the police department is trying their
level best to safeguard the SMALL CHILDREN from slum and economically
lower background from getting into bad company and be involved in thefts. He

threw light on how they are promoting the app called POLICE KAKA in different
schools and slum areas.
He gave detailed information about the safety for GIRLS. He emphasized on how
the girls should be additional cautious while using social media, especially before
sharing any personal information and photos to someone unknown.
He explained the process of using the app called BUDDY COP which can be used
to safeguard any girl who faces issues such as ragging, eve teasing, or any kind of
sexual harassment.
In his concluding part, he referred about various apps like PRATISAAD, CITY
SAFE which can be used by EVERYONE as a small step towards self-security.
Eventually he ended his workshop by sharing some live examples where the police
played an integral role in saving some of the people who would otherwise become
victim.
