GENERAL RULES:• The competition participation fee has to be paid in the requisite amount by way of current dated cheque/draft in favorof “India CYBERLEARNING Pvt. Ltd.” payable at New Delhi/Noida. Any cash to be deposited should be done so inthe bank accounts of “India CYBERLEARNING Pvt. Ltd.” Account number available on request. CYBERLEARNINGhereby disclaims any and all responsibility if the cash is paid by any other means except as stated above

• Participants, if they are entering into a contract being eligible to do so, and Parents of participants who are not eligibleto enter in to a contract, by participating in the contest expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmlessCYBERLEARNING, its employees, its associates, partners, sponsors and principals from any and all claims or liability toany third party from loss, damage or injury to persons or property based on or in any manner arising out of theirparticipation in the contest. They further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CYBERLEARNING, itsemployees, its associates, partners, sponsors and principals of and from any claims by or liability to any third party forany loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the breach of any of testing center’s obligations inkeeping the Examinee data as confidential.

• No substitution/transfer/assignment of prize by any winner is permitted. The prize is not redeemable in cash and mustbe accepted as awarded.

• All materials submitted become the sole property of CYBERLEARNING and will not be returned. False and/or deceptiveentries or similar acts shall render entrants ineligible to continue to participate or win the Competition. Except whereprohibited, student participation in the Competition constitutes entrant’s consent to publication of his/her name, Exam

score(s), and city/state/country location on the Competition website and other Competition publicity without limitationor compensation.

• Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize AcceptanceForm within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of analternate winner. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretionof CYBERLEARNING.

• National Champions must be available to travel to USA to participate in the 2011 Worldwide Competition on MicrosoftOffice, being held during July 31st – August 3rd in San Diego (USA). All travelers must execute a Release of

Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D., passport,visa, etc.) prior to trip, which will be the responsibility of the participants/their parents. Acceptance ofany prize constitutes permission for CYBERLEARNING and/or their agencies to use winner’s name, Exam

score(s), and city/state/country location for purposes of advertising and promotion without anycompensation, unless, but only to the extent, prohibited by law.

• All prizes sent to winners will only be available in the fashion selected by CYBERLEARNING. CYBERLEARNING is notresponsible for incomplete/lost/late/damaged/illegible/misdirected entries or incomplete telephone calls, faultytransmissions, recordings, malfunctions, for technical/hardware/software failures/lost/unavailable network connections,delivery failure or delay, or failed/incomplete/garbled/delayed/faulty computer transmission.

• CYBERLEARNING reserves the right to cancel/modify the Competition at its discretion and/or disqualify entrant iffraud/ misconduct/technical failures destroy the integrity of Competition as determined solely by CYBERLEARNING.

• Winners assume all liability for any injury/damage/loss caused/claimed to be caused, by participation in or acceptanceand use of prize.

• Participating institute shall be fully responsible for the safety and security of the student participants from the instituteduring the time they come to participate in the National contest, including travelling

• CYBERLEARNING is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of offer/administration ofCompetition/ announcement of prizes or for liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation inaccessing or downloading information in connection with this Competition.

• Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.• The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer a skilltesting question before the prize is awarded to them.

• Non CyberLearning/Sponsored Awards are the responsibility of individual sponsors and CyberLearning hereby disclaimsany or all responsibility with respect to such awards. No claim can lie against CyberLearning/ Organizers with respectto such awards.

• This contest is subject to all state and central laws of India• Contest open to Indian residents only• Participating in the contest at all levels is the responsibility of the participating institute/student (as the case may be)

ELIGIBILITY:• Employees of CYBERLEARNING, its affiliates, andpartners are not eligible.

• When participating in the Competition, participants mustbe students currently enrolled in an approved academicinstitution recognized by the State/Centre in which itoperates.

• To compete in COMPUDON 2011, students must bebetween the ages of 13 and 22 (as of June 15). Whenstudents are participating through their institution, thenverification of student age and student status perSchool/College records is the responsibility of theinstitution and should be provided to CYBERLEARNING.For participants who are participating independently,identification and verification of the student age andstudent status is the responsibility of the respectivePartner. CYBERLEARNING reserves the right to verify anyof the student records at any stage. If at any stage, it isfound that the student status or age of the participanthas been misrepresented, then the participant will bedisqualified and he/she will not be allowed to participateany further. Exam(s) must be uploaded into the Certiportexam administration system by an approved CertiportAuthorized Testing Center.
