JENNIFER LOVING EVENT DESIGNER

Starting from a young age, Jennifer always found herself drawn to creative pursuits. This initial interest

lead her to pursue a degree in fine arts and graphic design while simultaneous beginning her career at

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. Her passion for hospitality was apparent through her short ascent

through the ranks, with Jennifer ultimately acquiring her current position as Event Designer, a role perfectly

fusing her professional skill and personal interests.

Jennifer enjoys working closely with her clients creating a special ambiance for a variety of special

events, from elaborate galas to intimate gatherings, finding the gratification from her clients most

rewarding. She often takes design inspiration from the natural surrounds of the local area most often while

hiking the many trails near her home in Redwood City.

“I’ve spent a lot of time collaborating with my clients to create unforgettable events and through this

process I’ve discovered the need to improve and customized the event experience with minimal

involvement. I set forth on creating the following pre-designed event enhancement options specifically

for those clients looking to improve the impact of their events with ease.”

GENTLEMAN’S LOUNGE The Gentleman’s Lounge is created to mimic the ambiance of the members-only private clubs popularized by the

British upper-middle class in the late 19th century. Arrangement includes leather chairs, 2 book shelves, wooden wine

barrels, wine and whiskey themed décor and flameless candles and teal lights.

GRID IRON LOUNGE The Grid Iron lounge set up is a contemporary, a great choice for those who appreciate a modern and minimalist

design aesthetic. Arrangement includes 1 bench/coffee table, 4 ottomans. USD 200 | up to 4 guests per seating arrangement

WHITE LOUNGE Inspired by the vibrancy of the 1960’s, the White Lounge set up is popular choice

for those looking to imbue a little fun into their event. Arrangement includes Bali

Sofa, 2 Arctic Chairs, 2 Mirmar Dividers and 1 chrome Geo coffee table.

LONG KINGS TABLE A touch of royalty our enhanced Kings Table is an elegant option for plated dinner parties accommodating up to

20 guests per table. An example is pictured on the left.

The Classic Table Setting is minimal and elegant including classic banquet chairs, white linens, votive candles and

classic tableware. Dining tables are available in three different table options the Long Kings Table, Grand Round

Table and Linen-less Eco Tables. Each table option is available in multiple sizes and configurations and special design

elements can be added to enhance the overall ambiance.

GRAND ROUND TABLE Ideal for large celebratory gatherings including weddings,

mitvahs and anniversaries our large round table at 120 inches

is large enough to accommodate up to 20 guests.

California weather. Available for seated lunches up to 40 guests or cocktail receptions and standing buffets up to 80
