We design and supply specialise measurement tools for use in the inspection of ISO general cargo containers. Our tools makes it easy for inspectors to perform damage inspection on containers with speed, accuracy and safety. Our tools are designed to be used for all the common inspection criterias such as IICL, UCIRC, CIC and other seaworthy criterias. 1. Measure side panel out of ISO+40mm (UCIRC) using 2040 measuring gauge 2. Measure roof panel dent with the roof corrugation end dented using measure back method Point of dent to be measured is approximately 19cm. from edge of panel. Place the gauge onto both top side rails and set the reference line. Measure the deepest point of the dent.     1. Measure side panel out of ISO+40mm (UCIRC) using 2040 measuring gauge

    Point of dent to be measured is approximately 19cm. from edge of panel. Place the gauge onto bothtop side rails and set the reference line. Measure the deepest point of the dent.

  • Then measure the opposite end (or an adjacent corrugation) of undamaged portion of roof alsoapproximately 19cm from the edge of panel. The difference between the 2 measurements would bethe actual depth of the dent.

    3. Measure front panel IICL out of ISO+ 5mm

    If the panel is in contact with the reference line the bulge is damage exceeding IICL ISO+ 5mmcriteria.

    4. Measure cross member bow & bent using Twin tower gauge with no need to place the uniton stand and no need to go underneath the lifted unit to take measurement

    If lower part of flange in contact or exceed reference line, component is damaged exceeding IICL outof ISO 15mm

  • If bent web in contact with reference line, component is damaged exceeding IICL 50mm or UCIRC75mm criteria

    5. Measure panel dents from inside of the container using the Twin tower

    From interior, if panel in contact with reference line, panel is damaged exceeding IICL/CIC 35mm orUCIRC 50mm
