The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel, long regarded as an historic landmark and Washington D.C.’s “Second Best Address” according to President Harry S. Truman, recently underwent a grand renovation. Deluxe rooms include state-of-the-art technology. The hotel has an updated fitness center and the new Edgar Bar & Kitchen. Close by are a range of coffee shops to enjoy a short stroll and your favorite java to get the day going.Tour Cost: $2,850 per person based on sharing room. Note: A limited number of rooms are on hold in our block allocation pre- and post-program. Single Supplement: $895. Program Only Cost: $1,850 per person – limited space without hotel accommodation. Participants are responsible for meeting at the hotel at the specified time each day.

Included: Program fee; all transportation within Washington, D.C. during program; hotel accommodations for five nights at Mayflower Hotel; 3 lunches, 2 dinners; museum; tips to guides and driver. Not Included: Transportation round trip to Washington D.C., meals other than those indicated above, personal items (room service, laundry etc.)

Terms: No credit for unused services. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge and/or change the itinerary if it becomes necessary. All meetings are subject to change due to unforeseen events. Substitute speakers with a similar background will participate with lead-in time permitting. You must be able to walk several city blocks as the bus is not always permitted to park within secure areas such as the Capitol.
