Supervised and inspected ISO containers IAW, International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) and International Maritime Dangerous Goods code (IMDG) requirements to ensure containers are safe and suitable for ground, vessel and air transport of munitions.

Supervised an inventory over one thousand containers, with the receipt of an average of 350 containers a quarter and shipment of 360 retrograde munitions and empty containers per quarter.

Operated and certified operators for all required equipment in all phases of load preparation, (MHE: 4k, 6k, 10k, Swing mast forklifts and 53k container handler), (Blocking and bracing equipment: generator, miter saw, table saw, circular saw, pneumatic nail and staple guns).

Analyzed storage space for warehousing and optimized utilization by implementing plan-o-graphs increasing performance by 60%. Determined compatibility factors for each magazine and corrected safety violations creating a safer work environment for 39 employees and multiple customers. Created numerous Excel spreadsheets, automating munitions shipment schedules and ammunition consolidation listing by location.
