1. Once the decision has been made as to which specific F2 pairs will be designated as Primary Commit, the engineer will then access the FEI application through the Engineering Login Portal (ELP) and place the P-Comm indicator on the selected pairs and submit the request. FEI will update LFACS with the P-Comm status automatically with a nightly update.

2. The engineer will then review the updated records via the FEI application. Based on these records, and previously reviewed DA route layout (Plant Location Records) the engineer will determine which F2 pairs will be designated as Primary-Commit for every non-excludable living unit/address within the DA. Per section 18.5.1 of the CLR and any P-Committed F2 pairs identified with no assigned F1 pair should be corrected at this time by re-establishing the CT’s. Only re-established the number of CT’s based on available non-defective F1 pairs. No feeder relief projects should be triggered to re-establish CT’s

• Outside plant network conditioning job that covered 9 FTTN DAs in Houston TX for AT&T. Dedicated pairs using Pair Bonding Zone technology, to all living units in the DA at existing distribution terminals. All multiples were removed from these dedicated pairs, and replaced all RA (Ready Access) terminals with fixed count terminals. After completion, the appropriate JAM (Job Administration Management) tasks were placed. Design medium used: OPTINT and MS Excel.

• Outside plant network conditioning job that covered 10 FTTN DAs in Houston, TX. Dedicated pairs to all living units in the DA at existing distribution terminals. All multiples were removed from these dedicated pairs, and we replaced all RA terminals with fixed count terminals. After the F2 conditioning process was completed, the appropriate JAM tasks were placed.
