Aashwini has done her Post Graduation in PR & CorpComm from XIC, Mumbai and thereafter Masters in Marketing Management from the premier management institute in India – JBIMS, Mumbai.

She has a experience of 14 years in the various fields of Marketing from PR to Trade Marketing to handling projects. She has worked with leading PR agency like Adfactors PR and has worked for a brand like Nutrela (Soya Chunks & Edible Oils). She has also handled projects like Natural Gas exhibition for Bangkok Exhibition Services and many more.

Dynamic & self motivated, she has an entrepreneurial bug in her, which made her get into her own business ultimately and that’s how RED MAPLE Communications was born. She is extremely hard-working and has a grip over striking profitable deals with vendors and creating strong affiliations by bringing in mutually rewarding business assignments. With this, she has been able to built a strong online network of native translators for our translations vertical, which covers almost all major Indian languages and hence RED MAPLE Communications becomes one-stop-solution for clients’ all the translations requirements.

She is open to new ideas and has readiness to take risks. She rides a Royal Enfield and is a fitness lover. She loves to travel and believes in having a work-life balance.

Ashish has got over 15 years of experience working in different fields, from engineering to IT, IT to PR, PR to Advertising. The major career time span he has spent in PR & Advertising. He has vast experience in ATL & BTL. He has conceptualized & executed many advertising & Marketing campaigns pan India. He has experience of working with different brands across different categories, Be its FMCG, Automobile, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Education, Government Sectors, Tours & Travel.

He is responsible for managing timeline for campaigns including schedules, milestones, overall budget and hours by discipline and final delivery dates. Provide feedback and assistance in the development of campaign strategy for existing clients, responsible for coordinating day to day efforts for all assigned projects. Enforce deadlines, identify potential challenges and research solutions. Act as liaison between Operations team, Creative team, Media and technical/non-technical vendors for projects to ensure precise communication of needs, roles and responsibilities to deliver projects successfully. Eventually his role plays around on time project delivery/launch of projects/Creative Solutions/Marketing.

Expertise in conceptualizing campaigns. Writing & Directing of brand films, TV commercials, Corporate films, Short films with production support.
