Now that you have found a viable innovation, it’s time to roll it out.
VERIFICATIONOnce you have an idea or solution, you need to consider whether it is practicable.
ILLUMINATIONAnd other times solutions will leap out right from the start
INCUBATIONSometimes you will need to sit on the problem a while…
PREPARATIONIf you find areas that could be improved, do some research, generate ideas.
INVESTIGATIONGet in the habit of continually asking questions about the effectiveness of your services/products/systems.

The Innovation Portal is a meeting place for researchers, educators, practitioners and society and of course for innovators. It strives at stimulating cross disciplinary activities and contacts, and furthermore to make a meeting point for future potential innovations, as well as new research and educational initiatives in the area.
DEFINITION
13
Identify Innovators who think creatively, laterally and innovatively on issues that they perceive as important.Encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving, rather than open-ended creativity.Provide an incentive to foster team work through means of larger awards for groups.Create a multiplier effect by getting parents and teachers to value creativity and in turn help spread a culture of appreciating innovation in the school system.

DO NOT FORGET
Remember there is no right or wrong!Don’t be practical!Criticising others' ideas is not allowed, taking advantage of them is!Don’t avoid ambiguity!Feel free to err!Think outside the box!Create “we” spirit!Insist that the ideas are “ours”!Be honest in your comments and encourage others to debate!Remember that you represent only yourself!

AS ALBERT EINSTEIN SAYS
If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always gotWe cannot solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.If at first the idea is not absurd, then there will be no hope for it.
