MESSAGE FROM THE

CHAIR

Hey AIESEC! The count down for one of the most exciting conference in Central Europe has begun. Hope you are equally or even more excited about it, as I am :):):) My name is Aparajita Deb, you can call me AP for short (just like the region), I am from India from an LC called Bangalore and I had an incredible opportunity to be part of the MC in Indonesia & Mauritius. CEC will be providing you and me with an opportunity to meet with international, crazy & inspirational AIESECer's who will come together in a beautiful country to Lead, Innovate, Execute & Enjoy. It can be a great platform for us to get to know new people, share different experiences and practices and take back ideas, processes & solutions to ensure that we as a region move towards growing in the network and in turn providing more and more experiences to people from all over the world. So I invite you all to Lead, Innovate, Execute & Enjoy in this legendary CEC conference. :):):) See you soon!!!! Ap

4. International Preparation (60 min)

The goal of Central European Youth2Business Forum, and the international agenda is to provide opportunity for delegates of each country to get to know each other, reality of other countries, and find useful cooperation and learning points for the next term. Also the role of it is to find AIESEC’s role in your reality, and be a global youth voice. For this we will have externals, and this years special events are also redesigned. Based on these, we would like to ask you to go through the following preparation points:

• Brainstorm on possible cooperation points between you and other LCs in the following topics: o Exchange o CEED o Camp and conference facilitation and chairing o Any good ideas you have

• Prepare for the LC2LC cooperation fair o How will you represent your LC? (poster, printed materials, molino, any tools to grab attention) o How will you promote your LC? (print out materials like Annual Report, TN and EP forms, Introduction

of your LC, Product Sheets, Reception Booklet, etc.) o How will you allocate your delegates during the Cooperation fair?

Based on how much capacity you have for the 3rd day (someone should stay at your desk and other can leave for going around)

5. Fun and logistics (30 min)

Please prepare with a MAXIMUM one minute long roll call for the Global Village, and try not to have a PPT, or a VIDEO this time, but be creative. If you want to have a jive please send the music till Sunday 23:59 to the conference manager, Hanks.

Please bring at least 1 laptop/ LC for the LC time!

Discuss how you would like to represent your LC during the conference. Don’t be shy if other countries LC’s are loud. Be louder! Easy, isn’t it?
