Twinning is a European Union instrument for institutional cooperationbetween public administrations of EU Member States and of beneficiary or partner countries. Twinning projects bring together public sector expertise from EU Member States and beneficiary countries with the aim of achieving concrete mandatory operational results through peerto peer activities.
TWINNING AS EU INSTRUMENT

To contribute to the macroeconomic stability of Ukraine through institutional strengthening of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), and building a reliable banking and payments infrastructure for economic operators.
The Twinning Project will indirectly aim to support NBU’s capacity to activelyparticipate in the EU-Ukraine associationprocess.
