Infopro Communications is a leading

player in the business-to-business

infor mation media in France.

We address five key sectors: automotive,

industry, insurance-finance, tourism and

retail, offering our clients a full range of

media and services. In all cases, our

offering is designed to enhance growth and profitability of our

client’s businesses, through our multi-media offering ranging from

software, databases and websites, to magazines, tradeshows

and events.

We typically help our clients to understand better their own

customers, to improve both the quality and effectiveness of

communication with them, in addition to helping them to target new

customers.

Founded in 2001, the Group has grown by 30% per annum, driven

by a combination of selective acquisitions (some twenty five to-date)

and strong organic growth of 8-10% per annum.

Several factors have been critical to our growth and success:

A high level of digitalization, which has allowed us both to develop

one of the main B2B internet platforms in France and to become a

major software publisher. Our digital activities generate 40% of our

revenues, with 200 professionals fully dedicated to them.

A clear integrated multimedia strategy develop around strong

brands, which draws on the complete of our products and services

(databases, training, conferences etc…)

A strong team of entrepreneurial managers, working with highly

skilled and motivated employees who share a common goal: helping

our clients to grow and prosper through innovative solutions to their

business communications challenges

SOFTWARE AND DATAOur databases are information sources and decision-

making tools that have been encapsulated in software

packages designed for professionals. These tools

help our customers develop their business and boost

profitability.

ONLINE PLATFORMSInfoPro Communications provides professionals with a

complete selection of online tools and services: infor-

mation websites, online directories, virtual marketplaces

for buying and selling, and recruitment sites. The Group

is France's second largest network of B2B websites.

PRESS AND PUBLISHINGInfoPro Communications publishes 30 trade magazines

specialising in industry, automobiles, distribution,

insurance and tourism. Most of our periodicals are the

leaders in their markets and have a total regular

readership of 1.5 million. The Group also publishes

several dozen directories, guides and reference works.

TRADE SHOWS AND EVENTSIn 2009, the Group designed and organised 33 trade

shows and conventions and over 150 special events,

such as training programmes and conferences.

These key events provide a vital time and place for

professionals to encounter target audiences and to get

a direct feel for their markets.

EXAMPLES OF GROWTH

Originally a publisher of technical reviews with a specialisation in car repair

manuals for professionals, ETAI has successfully migrated from printed

paper to electronic products by digitalizing all content and integrating it

within business software packages.

ETAI's multimedia offer is comprised of three complementary product lines:

repair manuals, calculation software and aftermarket catalogues. Marke-

ted through subscriptions with regular updates, all products are available

via a web platform or CD-ROM. Our migration strategy fuelled rapid growth

in the number of multimedia customers, which soared from 1,500 in 2001

to over 20,000 in 2009, with a big increase in the average shopping basket.

With 6 technical reviews, 20 digital products and 30,000 subscribers, ETAI

has consolidated its position as the French leader in technical information

for automotive professionals.

With the migration to an electronic format, the Group has also been able to

conquer European markets by translating its products into 13 languages

for 18 countries.

Luxe Pack has focused its development on the internationalisation of a

European concept. This world-renowned trade show brings together

manufacturers specialising in creative and quality packaging for the luxury

goods markets.

An annual event in Monaco since 1988, Luxe Pack began organising annual

shows in New York in 2003 and in Shanghai in 2007. It has become the

undisputed leader in the United States and has imposed itself in China as a

particularly innovative trade show.

Luxe Pack strives not only to bring together world-class market leaders, but

also to reveal the talent of cutting-edge specialists. With its network of

international exhibitors and visitors, Luxe Pack provides a unique, global vision

of the luxury packaging industry.

In 18 months, usinenouvelle.com has become the leading online platform for

information and services geared towards industrial executives and decision

makers in France.

The site has over 1,500,000 unique visitors monthly.

Its online audience grew ten-fold between 2007 and 2009 thanks to the

creation of dedicated technical, marketing and editorial teams that work

directly with the magazine teams.

Launched in mid 2007, the virtual trade show “L’Expo Permanente” connects

10,000 decision makers with over 40,000 products and services each month.
