Customer experience has become the new battleground as marketers look for more ways
to differentiate their products and services. And companies have a slew of tools and
platforms to choose from to provide engaging experiences. Here’s a quick look at the areas
where marketers are expected to make increasing investments to engage consumers.
Marketers are expected to spend $540billion globally on advertising this year, a
