• A change in structure and a requirement for individual executives to develop new skills for
new positions
• High performing executives whose leadership styles negatively impact relationships with
peers and staff
• Executives concerned about developing their career paths and prospects
• Managing impact of recent 360-degree performance appraisals - recognising the
opportunities for improvement
• Increasing the individual managers’ capacity to manage – planning, organising, controlling,
visioning, developing others etc.

Solution
Participants were assessed so that they might gain an understanding of their own uniquelearning, teaching, communication and problem-solving styles. The program ran over a tenmonth period with one-to-one coaching driven by the needs of the individual coachees.
