Protective Coating Red-Hot-Dip

Hot dip strippable plastic coating moulds itself around thecomponent or tool being coated to provide 100% coverage andprotects against corrosion and impacts, for up to ten years. Thecomponent protected can be easily identified through thetranslucent coating. Simply removed by peeling it off, leavesbehind a thin oil film to provide short term protection againstcorrosion. The removed protective dip can be reused. Neverdirectly apply heat to melt the protective dip, always use with asuitable melting pot. Working temperature 130°C to 160°C (foroptimum results 140°C to 145°C).
