After identifying the customers needs, I then advise them on the most appropriate product. Other duties include stock control and the building/repairing/servicing of bikes. Throughout my time at Halfords, I have visited schools to teach them the basics of cycle repair and maintenance. Finally, I am a trained vehicle fitter and have also taken part in professional development training.
I spent a week learning and observing how electricity is distributed across the North of England. This also included the repair and renovation of stations and lines, fault checking and the operation of switchboards.
