Dinamica Generale, founded in Poggio Rusco, Mantova (Italy) in 1990, has always given maximum priority to research and innovation and is distinguished by its modern, international approach. EM Working

The goal of the system is to maintain a constant hour capacity of the belt on which it is installed. by setting a reference threshold on the indicator, it measures the weight according to the speed and length of the belt, and its hour capacity. Equipped with an analogic output it allows to drive the inverter which controls the speed of the belt. It is controlled and modulated according to the present weight on the belt in order to maintain the same hour capacity. The analogic output can also be used to transfer the data to a control room or to a PC management system.

EM Working

The goal of the system is to automate the process of dosage from the automatic start to the end of cycle.The indicator, in a defined moment, starts the execution of a programmed formula, and piloting the valves and the motors of the silos it allows to unload the material programmed on the formula into the mixing hopper.This, being suspended on the load cells, controls the intervention thresholds (and therefore the unloading) of the components. For every component required, the indicator pilots the motors and the valves through contact relays available into the Motor Control box.

Automatic system that allows to select the product according to its weight, measured by the load cells installed on the machine. The system sorts the products that are out of the weight range set before or have packaging anomalies, keeping them aside from the others. The high quality of the load cells offered for this application allows to use them in critical environments and the indicator has been conceived to guarantee simple and functional use for the operator. The main characteristics of the system are: the total reduction of time needed for changing the weight range, functionality for controlling the integral quality of the product and compatibility with any kind of production lines.

The device is contained in a box manufactured according to Din norms (142 x 70 x 80 mm) that can easily be put on a panel having IP65 protection grade that allows it to be used also in particularly critical environments (it is protected from dust but most of all from humidity and small water spots).
