ABSTRACT

This project report aims at doing a comparative analysis of two residential projects of Pearls

Infrastructure projects Ltd. The projects under study are Pearls City, Sector-104, Mohali and

Nirmal Chaya Towers, Zirakpur. Both of these are major projects of PIPL and thus analysis

of these projects with their competitors is very essential to develop a competitive marketing

strategy. This work aims at highlighting the pros of the projects and comparing the marketing

and pricing of these projects with their competitors. This project report also highlights the

real estate scenario in India and its future scope.

My summer internship at Pearls Infrastructure Projects Ltd., proved out to be a great learningexperience for me. In these eight weeks of my project with PIPL. I was able to gather a lot of information about the Real estate sector and property market, in particular about the marketscenario and working of the project.
