Since the early years of elementary school, we have learned about the food pyramid. Anyone and everyone knows exactly what the food pyramid is. It is our guide to healthy proportions of our foods. In order to live a truly healthy life style, following this pyramid is crucial. You must learn to fight the urge to splurge on the sugary sweets and meats!

Although this can seem impossible at times, try to think about the harsh things that you are putting into your body. Even though things may not be affecting you at the time, it will catch up to you.

is maintaing its healthiest form is a great feeling! Any form of cardio, weight training, or whole body exercise can be helpful.

Top traits for living a healthy lifestyle:

•Being a non-smoker.• Exercising 30 minutes or more five days per week.• Eating five or more servings of fruits and vegetables every day.• Maintaining a healthy weight with a BMI under 25.

Unhealthy is Unattractive:•Smoking•Too much alcohol is bad for our body. Red wine is said to help with heart function, but moderation is the key!•Not enough sleep. You need at least 7-8 hours per night in order to have the best function.•Eating Junk! It’s okay to spoil yourrself once in a while; but too much junk food can clog arteries, cause weight gain, and many other negative effects on our fragile bodies. •Too much stress! Chill out, exercise releases endorphins which make you happy.
