Group E (exit)Only one term in which the seller has minimal responsibility of the

goods

EXW (Ex Works)

Output in the goods are delivered to the importer.

Group F (without payment of the principal trasporte)

The seller delivers the goods to the corresponding transport that the buyer finds chosen but without

any type of payment

FCA(Free Carrier)

The seller pays for carriage to the delivery point.

FAS(Free Alongside

Ship)

A shipment in which the buyer when the goods are placed alongside the

vessel.

FOB(Free On Board)

Seller loads the goods onto the vessel as instructed by the buyer.

Group C (with the payment of principal transport)

The seller contracts the transport without assuming any type of risk in the distance.

CFR(Cost and Freight)

Seller must pay the costs and the freight to take the goods to the port of

destination.

CIF(Cost, Insurance and

Freight)

Seller must pay the costs and freight and insurance to bring the goods to the

port of destination.

CPT(Carriage Paid To)

The seller pays for carriage to the named place of destination.

CIP(Carriage and Insurance Paid

To)

Seller pays for carriage and insurance to the named destination point.

Group D (arrival)The seller traverses with everything the

expenses and necessary risks in order that the goods come to his destination

DDP(Delivered Duty Paid)

Seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the named place in the country of

the buyer.

DAT(Delivered At Terminal)

Seller pays for carriage to the terminal, except for costs related to import

clearance.

DAP(Delivered at Place)

Seller pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks

prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer.
