WHAT IS URINE INCONTINENCE?
Urinary incontinence is commonly known as loss of bladder control, it is a very frustrating problem for millions of people. You can suffer from urinary incontinence at any stage of your life. It will affect your life from your work to exercise to your social life. It is a common problem among both men and women .

TYPES OF URINE INCONTINENCE There are mainly 5 types of urine
incontinence.Stress incontinence: The involuntary
loss of urine due to increasing physical stress or abdominal pressure such as sneezing, laughing etc.
Urge incontinence: Losing considerable amount of urine without any apparent reason after feeling sudden need to urinate.
Overflow incontinence: This type of incontinence occur usually when your bladder is not empty properly and a small amount of urine may come out involuntarily.
Functional incontinence: In this type of incontinence a person is unable to reach the bathroom due to mental or physical conditions.
Total Incontinence: It is a complete loss of control over urination.
CAUSES OF URINE INCONTINENCE
Stress incontinence: It can be caused due to physical changes in the body like pregnancy, childbirth, menopause or weak of the pelvic floor.
Urge incontinence: It is caused because of damaged nerve signals or muscle damage.
Overflow incontinence: This type of incontinence is mainly caused due to weak bladder muscles, a blocked urethra, pelvic organ prolapsed, or kidney stones.
Functional Incontinence: It is common among mentally or physically challenged people.
Total Incontinence: This type of incontinence is a result of severe injury or anatomic abnormalities.
