This catalogue presents an overview of the regular line of INA lubricants

according to the type of application and general lubricant classifi cation adapted

to end user requirements. General data on application, quality level and basic

physical and chemical properties are listed for each product.

This catalogue does not include lubricants manufactured according to specifi c

end user requirements, or those lubricants that are manufactured according

to specifi c end user requirements in markets outside Croatia. Also not

i ncluded are related products from the additional program recommended

by the Application and Technical Department of INA MAZIVA Ltd. with the

purpose of system preparation and maintenance. Products marked with two

asterisks (**) are specifi cally tailored according to end user requirements and

products that may have a longer delivery time because of technological or

performance characteristics.

This catalogue is for the general use of INA lubricant users and INA employees,

with the basic purpose of assisting them in the selection of an appropriate

lubricant for specifi c applications. For more detailed information or professional

help in the selection of lubricants according to defi ned requirements,

specifi cations or due to specifi c working conditions, users can contact the

manufacturer directly at the addresses enclosed with this catalogue.

The INA lubricant program is produced at the INA MAZIVA Ltd. site, Radnička

cesta 175, Zagreb.

INA retains the right to modify the type and size of packaging according

to market requirements, to develop new products or improve the quality of

products listed in this catalogue.

Introduction

INA’s experts systematically follow trends in vehicle development, vehicle

equipment and industrial machines defi ned in lubricant specifi cations. The

lubricant formulations developed in laboratories were proven in numerous

practical and laboratory tests and represent the result of tradition, professional

fi ndings and experience in lubricant development and application. This tradition

is more than 125 years old. Besides that, INA has been maintaining contacts

with renowned manufacturers of vehicles and vehicle equipment for a number

of years, with the goal of obtaining the user permits for INA lubricants in

vehicles or vehicle equipment, and in industrial systems of companies such

as: BMW, Cincinnati Machine, Cummins, Denison Hydraulics, FAG, General

Motors, Husqvarna, JASO, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, MTU, Opel, Pielstick,

Renault, Steyr, Vickers, Voith, Volvo, Volkswagen-Audi-Seat-Škoda, ZF

Friedrichshafen and others.

INA’s experts are very proud of the valuable and noted recognitions they

received for their lubricants at international innovation fairs such as Eureka

in Brussels, Inpex in Pittsburgh, the Industrial Property Fair in Moscow,

numerous awards in Croatia, especially at the Inova Fair and the plaque of

the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

INA-Industrija nafte, Plc. Zagreb was one of the fi rst companies in Croatia

that introduced a quality management system, followed by an environmental

protection management system and health and safety management system.

Accordingly, INA MAZIVA Ltd. possesses certifi cates in accordance with the

ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 standards and the OHSAS 18001:2007

specifi cation obtained from the company Bureau Veritas Quality International.

INA MAZIVA Ltd. laboratories possess the Certifi cate of Accreditation obtained

from the Croatian Accreditation Agency in accordance with the requirements

of the HRN EN ISO 17025:2007 standard.

It must be noted that INA aspires to avoid or reduce the impact on the

environment and people’s health. Therefore, INA lubricants do not contain

lead, organically bound chlorine, nitrites and diethanolamine, and the content

of phosphorus, zinc and antimony, etc. is reduced. The system for returning

waste and used oils has been in operation for a few years, and the offer in

INA lubricants sales and service was thus enriched.

Today, modern and effective lubricant sales are unimaginable without quality

technical assistance of experts with wide knowledge and experience, quality

and certifi ed laboratories and prompt support of the entire chain, from

production through the sales network to the user and end customer, to the

fi nal management of the used product as hazardous waste. Considering all

the specifi c characteristics that mark today’s technology development, the

post-sale service is an indispensable connection between the end user, sales

and development, because lubricants are created and perfected on the basis

of information and quality standards that are set and conditioned by the

vehicle and equipment manufacturers. INA’s products, such as lubricating oils,

lubricating greases or products from the additional program in the context

of the total product assortment to satisfy customer needs, in these areas

traditionally represent a safe investment in a quality and cost-effective project

of effi cient needs satisfying for the lubrication of machines and vehicles in all

branches of industry, maritime affairs, construction industry, agriculture and

elsewhere. An important part of this support system lies in the activities of

the post-sales service maintained by INA for more than 40 years.

The post-sales service implies the care for the product during its use, which is

implemented by application engineers through contacting, visiting and talking

to the customers and product users, education and written texts.

For our customers and users, we ensure and distribute all the necessary

technical documentation on lubricants, which involves the following:

• recommendations and instructions for lubricant application;

• lubrication plans,

• technical product data,

• user permits for the application of INA lubricants obtained from renowned

vehicle and equipment manufacturers, and

• instructions on the management of waste oils.

Application engineers, experts in lubricants, know the issues of lubrication

and maintenance of machines and vehicles very well. Therefore they are of

especially signifi cant assistance to maintenance personnel in complex facilities

with long-term oil fi llings, in industry, as well as in car transport organizations,

shipping companies, thermo- and hydro-energy facilities etc., where a timely

and comprehensive control of the lubricant status in use is important for

safe and long-term operation. With the support of laboratories, using our

own experience and databases in the long and successful application of our

lubricants, we offer our customers additional safety in product valorization. In

the long-term, this approach signifi cantly reduces overall maintenance costs

Water solution based fl uids for temporary protection of metal from corrosion, leaving a hydrophobic, very thin and slightly oily protective fi lm after water evaporates. Intended for protection of metal parts, coils, sheets and fi nished products in indoor storage. Especially suitable for protection of objects made from cold rolled steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. The protective fi lm dries fast and is removed easily using the usual diluted alkaline degreasers.
