Our company has created and developed the business through repeated ingenuity for 26 years since its establishment.IPS group is now engaged in the domestic telecommunications business in Japan and the Philippines, the international telecommunications business connecting the Philippines with each country and the medical business.


Our Milestones

1991 Started business in Osaka as International Placement Service Company for Recruit from which the name IPS, Inc. was derived.

1999 Expanding its services to the Filipino Market, pioneered a 300-seat BPO Center and marketing arm in the Philippines.

2005 Received approval from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications for IPS Inc. to be a full-fledged Type I Telecommunications Carrier on equal regulatory footing with the big telecom players in Japan.

2010 Established a joint venture with Shinagawa Lasik, Aesthetics and Dental Japan by setting up its first international branch in the Philippines. Today, the venture has 3 branches in the Philippines strategically located in the major CBDs of Makati, Ortigas and BGC.

2012 Acquired the license as a telecommunication service provider in Japan and Hong Kong, started to sell the right of use of telecommunication lines between Hong Kong and Philippines to CATV operators with local carrier in the Philippines.

2013 Completed the Japanese Version of Next Generation CTI system provided by Drishti of India and started distributing Contact Center Solutions mainly in Japan under the AmeyoJ brand.

2015 To expand business to CATV operators, IPS founded a franchised telecom company, InfiniVAN, Inc., in the Philippines.

2017 IPS’s subsidiary InfiniVAN, Inc. was en-franchised and certificated of CPCN and commenced broadbandservices for corporate market.

2018 IPS got listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2019 InfiniVAN was assigned Frequencies for 5G by National Telecommunications Committee.

2020 IPS acquired one pair of dark fiber on submarine cable C2C(The City-to-City Cable System) partially from Hong Kong to Philippines and Singapore to Philippines.
