Ingredients2 cups UNCLE BEN’S® INTERNATIONAL GRAINS® Arborio Rice, prepared¾ cup unsalted butter½ cup all-purpose flour¾ cup whole milk1½ cups sweet corn, cooked1¼ teaspoons salt, divided¼ teaspoon black pepper½ cup cotija cheese, finely grated

2 large eggs2 cups panko¼ cup mayonnaise¼ cup sour cream½ lime, juiced2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce onlyCilantro for garnishCotija cheese for garnish

Directions1. Melt butter in skillet. Add flour and stir until golden and cooked. Add milk

and stir constantly until thickened and simmering.

2. Remove from heat and fold in rice, corn, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, cotija and eggs. Refrigerate until completely cooled.

3. Once cooled, form into small balls and roll in panko. Place crusted balls in freezer for 30 minutes.

4. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, adobo sauce and remaining salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

5. Preheat fryer to 350ºF.

6. Fry balls until fully cooked and golden. Remove, garnish with chipotle crema, cotija and cilantro. Serve.

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons cold butter, unsalted

2½ cups biscuit baking mix

2 tablespoons TABASCO® brand Original Red Pepper Sauce

¾ cup whole milk

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 ripe avocados, sliced

6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked, halved

6 tomato slices

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch of black pepper

6 pan-fried eggs

Ingredients4 cups UNCLE BEN’S® INTERNATIONAL GRAINS® 100% Wild Rice, prepared

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

¼ cup rice vinegar

2 teaspoons honey

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch of black pepper

½ cup almonds, slivered and toasted

2 tablespoons white sesame seeds

3 scallions, sliced

2 cups edamame, shelled and cooked

2 carrots, peeled and diced

½ cup pomegranate seeds

16 cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions Biscuits: 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

2. Gently combine ¼ cup of butter and baking mix.

3. Add stuffing, TABASCO® Sauce, milk, cheddar and garlic powder to butter and baking mixture. Mix all ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.

4. Place ½ cup portions of biscuit dough onto an ungreased sheet pan. Place in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

Assemble: 1. Slice each biscuit in half. Place the sliced

avocado on the bottom half and top with the bacon and tomato.

2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on tomato and top with the fried egg.

3. Place the biscuit top on last. Serve.

Directions 1. Combine olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, honey,

salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. In large bowl, mix together rice, almonds, sesame seeds, scallions, edamame, carrots, pomegranate and cherry tomatoes.

3. Add the vinaigrette from step 1, plate and serve.

Ingredients1½ cups UNCLE BEN’S® Whole Grain

Brown Rice & Quinoa, prepared, cooled

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 medium bananas, sliced

¼ cup sliced almonds

¼ cup honey

Directions 1. In a small mixing bowl, combine aioli

ingredients. Set aside.

2. Combine ground turkey, Roasted Red Pepper Flavored Brown Rice & Quinoa, salt and pepper. Divide mixture and form into four patties.

3. Add oil to skillet and place over medium heat. Add burgers and cook on each side for approximately 6 minutes or until done and internal temperature is at least 165°F.

4. On each slider bun side, spread Garlic Aioli. Place burger on the bun with lettuce, tomato and pickled red onion. Serve.

Brown Rice & Quinoa, cream, coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar and salt in a saucepan.

2. Cook to a boil while stirring constantly. Remove from stove.

3. Add vanilla and stir. Fold in bananas and divide mixture between 4 bowls.

4. Top each serving with sliced almonds, drizzle with honey and serve.
