ELABANA®and PLANO®– the concrete roof tiles and COLOROOF®– the glazed clay tile, are the two world-class products selected for India by Monier. These tiles come with customized roof fi ttings and components. Over the years, these tiles have adorned individual homes, villas and apartments that dot the Indian landscape. Apart from these Monier also has a wide range of imported roof tiles for the Indian customers.

STAY COOL ALL DAY LONG

When installed with our CoolRoof system, your home will stay cool all day long. Veltisun / Radiant Barrier refl ects heat, thus maintaining a lower temperature. Compact roll and eaves fi ller comb creates a natural ventilation stream from eaves to hips and ridges, removing the hot air trapped beneath the roof tiles.

Ordinary roofs tend to store the heat during the day and emit it at night. This makes the house hotter during nights. But in this roofi ng system, the Veltisun /

Radiant Barrier refl ects the heat and doesn’t let the heat stay between the concrete deck and the roof. The resultis a cooler home for you and your family.

Apart from refl ecting heat, radiant barrier provides a water-tight system when used with Monier tiles.

RIDGE & HIP SOLUTIONS

Monier Ridge & Hip solutions are aimed at mortar free installation of roofi ng systems. Traditional wet fi xing using cement mortar is susceptible to climate cycles resulting in eventual wear off of mortar blocks and results in leakages. Furthermore, Monier’s solutions eliminates water absorption at the ridge and hip lines avoiding moisture which facilitates algae growth.

Product Features: • Provides ample ventilation, hot air exhaust and water-tightness at ridges and hips • Increases aesthetics by avoiding the usage of mortar at the ridges and hips • Easy-to-lay • Compatible with CoolRoof

ABUTMENT SOLUTIONS

Monier offers a wide range of Abutment fl ashing solutions for a water-tight and trouble free roof. Monier recommends these products for areas where the tiles come in close proximity to walls, chimneys or other planar intersections.

• Universal application on both clay and concrete roof tiles
